Hi, thanks for providing this information. ***** reached out to us on December 3/2021, 5 months after the order was placed. As we informed *****, unfortunately, because it had been nearly 5 months since the order was placed, we are unable to determine what happened with it because the tracking number does not show information/updates after 60 days it has been created. Based on our policies - FAQ article I think my order may be lost, what should I do? We ask to all customers to please reach our to us 48 hours or within *********************************************************************************************************************************************** this case it has been more than double the time we ask our customers to report this.

Because of this we gave the customer a 30% discount code to replace his order. Please let us know if you need additional information.Customer response

Hello,
Thank you for the update, however I still feel this response is inadequate. Below I have my reasons explaining why I feel this way.
1. I have found on their *********** on the website that they have a section for I think my order may be lost, what should I do?. The issue here is that this is the only place to find this information about contacting them within ******************************************************* the order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email about this specific criteria. In a way this almost seems hidden for people wondering if something will arrive or if pandemic or a boat being stuck in the Suez Canal has anything to do with the order not arriving on time. There is blatant disregard for worldwide issues that are occurring to satisfy customer needs.
2. The order on their site itself says fulfilled, but it became this status once the order was shipped. When looking up the shipping number provided 420549569361269903507091726913 the status of the label is **** Currently Awaiting Package. This to me is as if someone creating a packing slip but never packaged the goods, applied the label and gave it to the carrier for pickup. I know this ties into the vendors response but if the carrier never got the item it plainly means to me that it was never sent or handed off somewhere.
I apologize for the long explanation, but I hope this makes my situation more understandable from my end. Instead of simply sending a replacement or refunding the order they in turn choosing to risk losing a long term returning customer as I have been shopping with them for years and for me to spread my experiences with their customer service through word of mouth potentially causing additional loss of revenue. I know Im just a drop in the bucket for them, but this is no way to treat long term customers.
