This Epic Laser was purchased by the individual for personal use, but the former employee put the item on the invoice as though it was purchased through the office. The ex-employee, is a registered dental hygienist, and not a dentist. In our state, the state board only states that dentists can use lasers on patients. Our doctor did not order this item, it is not associated with our business. I have been trying now for over ten business days to get a copy of the updated invoice without the practice's name on it, but they refuse to send me one despite multiple conversations and emails checking up on it as they promised. This is fraudulent to sell a former employee a professional laser under our business name when the sales **** ******* knew it was for personal use. They sent out marketing materials, and I requested they give us a shipping label to return them as the practice didn't order the laser. They were very quick, same day even, to send a label for us to return their marketing materials, but impossibly slow and seemingly ignoring my request simply for an updated invoice, removing the practice's name from the invoice and including only the individual that purchased it. I feel they are dragging their feet in hopes it'll be after the 30 day return period; item was purchased on . October 11th. I'm contacting the credit card company to refuse this purchase since they didn't send me the updated invoice in a timely manner. They need to contact the person who placed the order for an updated form of payment, and create a new invoice, showing it was for personal use for the individual, and not purchased through or by our dental practice. I need this urgently. Please see updated sales form I sent them with the requested updated for the invoice versus the original they sent with it in doctor's name, which is fraudulent as he didn't order the item. I need the updated invoice ASAP so there is time to return the item before the 10th. Thanks.Initial Complaint

I bought a biolase erbium laser from the previous owner, a model from 2018 that was 85k dollars according to the Biolase representative. I contacted Biolase many times to activate my laser use and I was asked for a renewal of guarantee for a big sum and a **** dollars training mandatory to use the laser. I requested to refund the item and asked for a quote for which I was told it was not possible.
