      On the 20th of October 2023, I order on the website of SleepObrace SleepObraceD1 and SleepObraceD2, for a total amount of $52.65. On December 1, I contacted the company customer service because I wanted to know when will I receive my order. As to my surprise, ****** from SleepObrace support team, informed me that the order was delivered on the 28th of November, 2023. I replied back stating that I did not received the order and would then check with my neighbors and local post office about my package. I then emailed back to ****** to inform that searching for my package was unsuccessfully and requested a refund. ****** informed me that on behalf of the company, she apologized and did not mentioned my refund as a disappointed customer who did not received my order. As of today, December 7, 2023, I have not received my order and I request a full refund of my order. Thank you.

      We completely understand your frustration. The shipping company is telling us that your package got successfully delivered to you and they haven't accepter our complaint.

      But, I have talked with my supervisors and we are prepared to accept this situation as a loss for our company as we always put the satisfaction of our customer's as the most important thing.

      We successfully refunded your SB55630 order from the customer *****************. Please keep in mind that this usually takes 1-3 business days depending on your bank processing.

      I purchased January 10, 2023. It took 10 days to receive. I first emailed asking for tracking and to receive information on if there was a delay in shipping and for the reason and to cancel, no -response. I emailed twice more within 30 days for a refund/cancellation request with no response. I reached out a 4th time from a different email address where I was told you are last 90 days of having the product z your out of luck. I am demanding a refund. This business has unfair practices and false advertising, claiming there is a guarantee for money -back if you don't want it. They purposely do not reply to you're customer service requests within that time frame in order to try to void any responsibility. The response I received 'im sorry you feel that way' at me expressing concerns for unethical business practice is completely unacceptable.
