            I received ****** retainers from this company and, after weeks of using them, I observed that there were small, very thin lines (fractures) in three of my bottom teeth. The retainers provided by this company have done damaged to my teeth. I asked for a refund of payment in the amount of $369.20. Initially the company said they would refund me and to return the retainers and the molds. I returned the devices. Once the company received them, they responded that they would only refund $291.20 and that maybe hard candy or clenching [my] teeth did this damage. Previously I also requested the company help by compensating so that I can get my teeth examined by a dentist and repaired. They ignored this request. Simply ignored and did not respond. I have gone weeks without being able to get emergency dental care. I request compensation for the product and to get my teeth taken care of. They have not called even though I requested a call and provided my phone number. They refused to provide me with a contact phone number for a representative at their office.

            I've paid for ****** retainers and the impression kit was sent to me. I sent back the Kit and am still waiting on the retainers. I tried to click on the website and it isnt functioning and I've googled the # only to find that its a non working number. I want my money back..I've since moved and this process was supposed to be quick and easy but its turning out to be a nightmare.
