Before anyone gets InBrace soldered to the inside of your teeth, you better make sure its worth it. Dont do it for one crooked tooth. This is a major social, emotional and physical change in you life. These braces should come with disclosures. Once they are in, you will have a lisp when you speak , for the duration. You will not want to eat, as all the food gets stuck to the braces. As you loose weight you will feel sick and feel very weak and look sick and youll be malnourished. You will be aggravated as you are hungry and cant sleep , due to the continuous teeth grinding in your sleep, as your brain cant shut off the alien in your mouth. If you think this review is exaggerated then give them a try and please get back to me.My marriage and my business are on a downward spiral because of a year in from InBrace. Maybe there should be a psychology evaluation prior to fitting this product. Maybe its just me. I have a high pain threshold, so I cuts on my tongue was not an issue as they said I would. However not being able to talk and eat outside my home courses great anguish, as that is my career, plus my husbands work dinners that I can no longer attend. Im 55, I now look 10 years older due to weigh loss. I was advised to get braces to make room for an implant. My teeth looked great prior to InBrace, now I have buck teeth and a huge gap on my second tooth. I will email photos if youd like to see the before and after pictures.

    Inbrace Response

    08/25/2023

Our investigation team has completed a comprehensive analysis of the issue raised. The results of the investigation determined that the treatment plan by the Orthodontist and the progress made was as expected. It was noted that the patient had restorative work that appeared to have been removed during the treatment, which may have contributed to the concerned outcome. The removal of the restorative work was not a result of the InBrace treatment. Additionally, there were no deficiencies identified during the fabrication of the device and all requirements were satisfied.  No further action is required.
