********* or stock offers never work. And there's a 9 out of 10 chance they're already trying to figure out a way to deny you if you send in a customer complaint. I keep dealing with this. I completed the revu ******** mypoints offer for ************************************* the terms were created and verify your account. Which meant sending in your ID, and verifying your account.The offer also had a bonus of ***** mypoints for depositing 5 dollars and making your first trade. I did all of that, it didn't credit. And my request was denied because of no welcome email, and no screenshot of trade. The problem is I actually did send them a screenshot of my trade. Of $6,not 5. Just to be safe. And it was denied in a loop. You see ******** doesn't allow you to trade unless you verify first. That means ID and everything. The fact I'm trading, meant I already verified my account. They have my face picture and everything. So I end up being denied the original ***** for not trading and for no welcome email (they didn't give me one). When trading wasn't even the requirement, just verify. Trading was for 7350. After they denied the first task. They denied the second because the first task was denied. So they overlapped the terms. They denied my trading screenshots. Because they denied the first part of the offer. I emailed them and pointed this out 2 weeks ago with no response. I even sent them the email that showed " congratulations on your first trade!" . Which again you cannot do unless you verify yourself first. And I actually circled the date it was on. The EXACT same date revu showed I clicked the offer. The same date revu showed me clicking on the offer, is the exact same date the email thanked me for my first trade, AND the screenshot I sent directly from my account showing the order. 07/31/2024.It's sad because. Even if I do get my points, for what I've heard. If I make a complaint. And **** decides to credit me. I'll get banned as a consequence...

I participated in a incentive through golden heart games with the promise I'd receive reward within 48 hours it's been 5 days since purchase and now it's saying it'll take 30 days to review. I'm going to treatment for my gambling problem Monday and I would have never participated in the incentive had I known it wouldn't be available until I've gotten home from rehab. That's asking for a relapse

I've completed an offer for betmgm and the payout was $148. Well the link never worked for me and still doesn't. I did everything that they asked for and opened a support ticket. I took screenshots of everything so I had proof of everything. I've never heard back from them. Found a random email of there's and got back the most rudest of responses. Don't even waste your time with this company, feels like a scam.

They deserve to be credited as they are one of the better higher paying offerwalls. Although I do not agree with the support times and how they run it, this offerwall can be a very valuable tool if you abide by the rules. After submitting my **mplaint here they made me aware of their help email that is not listed anywhere. Normally decent on payouts, but I submitted a deposit for Solitaire Cash that is supposed to credit within an hour. I completed all of the steps and waited 72 hours to submit my appeal and then I was denied because "I'm not a new install/player". The problem is that I am 100% a new player and lost my entire deposit to not be rewarded. Then there is no way to recontact them, as once they reply back one time it is case closed.

I completed a RevU offer via Eureka. It was a $24.00 offer, which you register for Stash through RevU, and deposit $5 into your personal profile. I completed this and waited several weeks, as I watched the RevU status count down to the allocation of the credit. I took several pictures of this for proof. Once time elapsed, nothing happened. I submitted pictures to RevU supporting my claim. The response I received was Fraudulent Request. They claimed I joined Stash and completed this outside of RevU. The only way I ever completed this was through RevU. RevU records clicks and everything lines up. I would like to get my reward and not be considered as a fraudulent user.

When I complained about not receiving a just reward because they decided to close the ticket without even looking into it. They blocked my IP address. This is as close to a scam as you can get.

I did the Animal and Coins offer Reach Level 30 in 6 days to receive $12.40 and be rewarded in 5 minutes or less upon completion on Revu. I sent them a customer support ticket a day after I completed cause they had not rewarded me yet. It just says my request was received but I still havent heard a response. My Revu account id number is: ********. My Animals and Coins account id is: ****************. I have waited patiently. The status now says it may take advertiser 21 days to post report. Right above that it says report has been received and has showed report received since December 29, **** which it could have been sooner thats just the day I checked. I have waited patiently. I feel I given enough time considering it says your account would be credited 5 minutes after completion. I understand there is probably quite a bit involved in all of it. The only reason I came here is due to researching how people received their credit from this wall so this where I will end

Completed an offer through Runescape for **** keys for playing a game called 'merge dragons'. I completed their task within the deadline date just for them to say im "not a new player"... I knew I was a new player because 1) I had no data on the game before 2) my googleplay games shows my download libary since I first made my account 10+ years ago 3) I spent my own money to try and speed up the process.. why would I waste my money on a game that I wouldnt get a reward for?

Revenue Universe has denied my ticket after completing an offer. I clicked their link to sign up for freecash and agree to earn 2000fc and cash out for 2389 sb. I did the following and nothing was rewarded. It took two weeks with no answer. I surpass the requirements. I gave them the screenshots, the id information and for some reason they stated I didn't use their link. Completely frustrating because I did everything right. What's makes this worst is this isn't the first time, they cheated me out of 5000 sb before, but this will be the last time.
