This particular company I have purchased four bikes total at the beginning the company was super awesome. You could call any day anytime someone would always pick up the phone and get your problem resolved whether it be a question about the bike or a component that failed and you wanted to order a new part now, it is to the point where they do not answer the phone at all take there time responding to emails which is ridiculous recently had a rear wheel fail on the rear RX 73 due to the axle broke from regular riding in the dirt, no jumps, etc. had to purchase a new one the new I put in lasted for less than one week and the axle broke again When I asked about them warranting the new motor, they said it doesnt come with a warranty and that I will have to replace the motor again out-of-pocket $700 insane how does it not come with a warranty? The answer I received was no how do you do business selling equipment and parts with no warranty. Right now I am trying to sell all of my bikes due to the horrible customer service and lack of response. They wont send an invoice to purchase parts and I cant find the parts anywhere else. I have a pedal sensor that is not working so I cant sell the bike because no one will buy it without this part, last week July 20 2024 I simply sent them an email if they have the part if they could send me an invoice so I can pay for the part ASAP so I can sell the bike no response no matter how many times you call the phone. No one will pick up , it is to the point where that company needs to be shut down if they cannot accommodate the customers with request in order to get the bikes up and running. Super disappointed with Super 73 we have also referred countless friends to purchase the bikes. All I am looking for is for them to send me the pedal assist sensor for the Super73 RX model. I will pay for it immediately and they will not respond. Absolutely horrible.

I have purchased an electric bike on 6/26/24 from this company and received the bike on 7/8/24. From Second day from the date of delivery The bike has had an electric issue which causes its motor to shut down mid ride and almost propelling the rider off the bike. I have tried to communicate with the company to get this issue resolved until this day have not gotten a proper answer from them into how to get the bike replaced. This is a $3157 bike that is now sitting inside my garage for the past two weeks as Im not willing to risk me or my childs life riding it as it clearly has an electrical issue that is dangerous to the rider. They have sent me a computer generated email upon my first contact with them in regards to this problem and a week later they Send me another email after I have put out a yelp preview in regards to their terrible customer service.

I purchased a Z1 electric bike from an authorized retailer (*****************, ***********, **) on July 22, 2022. Sometime in April 2024 the battery completed died and would not take a charge. I took it to a local authorized repair shop and they confirmed the battery was non-functioning. They also told me they reached out to Super73 and the battery was discontinued. I then reached out to Super73 on June 1, 2024 and submitted a ticket. I did not receive a response. I then tried to call 3 different numbers, but it is impossible to speak to someone as the recording directs you to the website. I then submitted another ticket on June 12, 2024. I received a response on June 26, 2024. After some back and forth, I was told that the bike and battery had been discontinued and nothing was available. They offered me a $400 credit towards a NEW bike. The bike I purchased is less than 2 years old and now completely obsolete and inoperable. It is ridiculous to me that I have no recourse but to buy another expensive bike. I realize there was a one year warranty on the battery, but having no ability to repair or even buy another battery is completely unacceptable. I'd never buy another bike from this company, even with a $400 credit. From doing some research, I'm not alone in this complaint.

Its been 2 weeks, countless email - but nothing!!! All I want is for my bike to work and for my warranty to be honored.

It clear from online and speaking to people at Super 73 that the throttle was a knowdefective issue. This company will not respond to my email for 4 years. Only Once did they respond. Send me an invoice to buy a new one. That link never worked. Basically Im left with a Brand new defective bike. The office in ****** stated I have to go through the email. Anyone I feel completely burned by this company. Please take the bike back and give me my money.

I ordered a Super 73 k1d for my son as a birthday gift. When then unit arrived it seemed fine but within a few short days I noticed serious issues. #1 - the battery falls off repeatedly #2 - the throttle cable now has exposed wires hanging out #3 - the brakes are intermittently not working This is not my first bad experience with super 73. The first experience was with a used unit that I bought on ******** The customer support was slow and I had to order multiple parts including brakes, a foot pedal and many more. I paid for the parts but they never arrived. The company said they no longer offer parts Now Im stuck with 2 useless bikes. One of them brand new and the company does not allow returns of opened merchandise. The return policy is from the stone age I called a service center who specializes in electronic bikes. They said super 73 is not a good company and that they have terrible support for getting parts. They always convince customers not to buy these bikes. This a big time buyer aware alert because these bikes are expensive, unreliable, and the customer support is awful. You cant even call them. I want my money back!

I am writing to file a complaint against Super 73 regarding their failure to honor the 24-month battery warranty for two Super 73 bikes I purchased from Scheels.I bought two Super 73 bikes from *******, **************** location. These bikes came with a 24-month warranty for the batteries. Unfortunately, the batteries for both bikes failed approximately 22 months after the purchase date.I returned the bikes to *******, and they contacted Super 73 to arrange for replacement batteries under the warranty terms. However, Super 73 informed ******* that the specific models of the bikes and batteries have been discontinued and that they are unable to provide replacement batteries, despite the warranty still being valid. This situation is highly unsatisfactory, as the warranty explicitly guarantees coverage for 24 months, and it is unacceptable that Super 73 is unable or unwilling to fulfill their warranty obligations.******* has shown a commendable level of customer service by offering to let us exchange the bikes for something else from their store, despite their own return policy being limited to 12 months. However, this does not address the core issue, which is Super 73's failure to honor their warranty commitments.I am seeking assistance from the BBB to resolve this matter. My desired resolution is for Super 73 to either:Provide replacement batteries for both bikes as per the warranty terms, or Offer a fair and equivalent compensation or replacement for the bikes given the failure to support their warranty.

I have a Super 73 RSD Malibu. The rear axel broke and unfortunately you cant just replace the axle, you need to replace the entire rear wheel/motor assembly. Global bikes (Super 73 dealer) has told me this has been happening on numerous bikes. I ordered a new rear wheel/motor assembly on 7/17/23. Approximately 5 months later, the axle broke again on the brand new rear wheel/motor assembly. I attempted to make a warranty claim with Super 73, which they denied. Super 73 apparently does not warranty any of the parts they sale! The rear axle seems to be a defect because it keeps happening and has happened to numerous people. Its a very expensive part! Why would they not warranty it!? Super 73 fails to stand behind their products. All they care about are sales. Horrible company.

We had purchased two Super 73 rx models. The bikes we own have both had the motor go and had to be replaced (replaced it ourselves, super 73 sent the parts) and one broke again on the 1st outing after motor was replaced. Super 73 states they cannot return the bikes since they were purchased at Best Buy, Best Buy says to take it up with Super 73. Really sad because they are fun bikes. I wish either Best Buy or Super ***************************************** refund... Please reach out Super 73 or BB and make this right!!! Also, we have noticed many of the same complaints with this model. The model has been discontinued and the bikes on Best Buy have been severely discounted. Super 73 knows there is something wrong with this model and has stopped manufacturing them. My take is these bikes are too heavy with the suspension to support the installed motors.
