      Bought the Super73 S-Adventure Series. Son had a crash and bent the crank arm. I emailed, called Super73 store and filled out the maintenance form / questionnaire. Weeks ago! There has been ZERO follow up. I have since emailed another 2 times. No response.There is no replacement crank arm on their website. Would happily replace myself - but they will not even advise where else to get a crank arm. There's is 125mm, which is unconventional and essentially unavailable in the market. No help. Bike is dangerous to ride - if not useless, altogether.WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE???

      I share the exact same experience as all the other reviewers. **************** is non-existent. My bike came poorly put together and immediately needed to take it to have it serviced. They did not respond to any of the service center requests to honor the warranty. One of the worst purchases I have ever made.

      No customer service. The controller went out at exactly one year, which is a $300+ part. Put less than ***** miles on it. I really regret choosing to purchase something from this company.

      I would give zero stars if possible. The worst customer service on the planet. We bought a brand new S adventure from their Irvine store in April. The bike was pre-assembled by them, after a week the whole battery harness was loose. After investigating, who ever assembled the bike stripped the threads on the frame that hold the battery on. It's been a month since I reached out and still no response. I don't see how this company will stick around with service like this.

      ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL NOT SPEAK TO A HUMAN. I needed a replacement for a model that hasnt been made in one year. There is absolutely positively ZERO way to get in contact so they practically stopped support and service as soon as you hand over a *****.

      Company used to be extremely good. **************** was awesome. They always sent a review survey after each phone call. Now they Will not answer the phone ever,Ive been trying to get in touch with them a live person for over three weeks. They will send you a link and expect you to get the answers from the link, I have sent numerous emails. Absolutely they will not answer the phone, even pointed out to them that if someone wanted to buy a bike over the phone, they physically cant buy it because they are not answering the phone, I have a couple parts that I need shipped out and I am simply asking them to send me the invoice so I can pay for it and they will not even do that so basically I have a 73 RX model sitting in the garage because they will not answer the phone nor send me the invoice so I can pay for it absolutely horrible, I currently own four of these bikes at the moment, I will be looking to sell all four of them immediately due to the lack of support from Super73 and lack of customer service. Its like they have no care in the world theyve made money and they dont care anymore.

      This company has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. **** stopped working, but still covered under warrenty. Been emailing customer service since April 11th and THE. BIKE. STILL. ISN'T. FIXED! They have all but just replaced all of the electrical parts except for the hub motor and headlight by now.It would have been much better to just ship me out a new bike and I could have shipped the non-working bike back to them, but no they opted for the difficult route. Cant even get anyone on the phone to complain too.If you are reading this, there are so many better companies out there. Stay away from Super 73

      Buyer beware! Do not buy a Super73. My rarely used bike, stopped working after 1.5 years. I only ride with my kids and the bike is stored inside. It stopped working, so I reached out the company. I sent all the photos, proof of purchase, videos and serial number, just to be told that my seat assembly which encompasses the battery and controller is no longer made and they told me the bike is no longer useable. For a bike that cost $1.5k, I expected better customer service. They offered me $400 off a new bike, but no other option. Absolutely absurd.

      30 day old bike and the bearings failed. Company told me that I needed to take the bike apart (was purchased from a local dealer... there is no support) and then take the wheel/tire assembly apart and pay for a box to ship back a nearly brand new product to them. Will be about two weeks of ship time and up to me to reassemble the bike.They take the money, but don't support the product. Will NEVER buy anything from them again.

      Disappointing. We all love your products so much but your support and quality sounds worse than Tesla
