$1578.00 was paid to segulls industrial on 12-13-2021. on 1-7-2022 a help ticket was created for order#1020 for a defective ***** ******* 5094-AEN2TR Flex 5000 I/O Ethernet/Ip Adapter Module I returned the defective unit under return authorization 997 shipped 1-25-2022 via UPS under tracking ****************** sent email on 2-8-22 about status of replacement or refund, no response sent email on 2-21-22 about the status of the replacement or refund, seagulls industrial responded "Hello Josh, We are still trying to secure it for you. Will update you soon this week. Our Regards, **** ******, Sales Director" sent email on 3-30-22 about status of the replacement or refund, no response sent email on 4-14-22 about the status of the replacement or refund, no response Sent email 8-1-22 about status of replacement or refund, advised that our accounting group would like action. in summary, seagulls industrial kept $1,578.00 and the returned defective unit. No refund nor a replacement was sent.
