      I made an order for six bottles of ejuice I never received. They claim they sent out another six bottles to replace. I never received anything. The customer service agent rudely told me they sent out those six replacement bottles. Never received anything. There not doing anything now

      I purchased a product from the ejuicesteals website. I paid for signature required delivery. I never received the product. This company claims to have shipped it and has a tracking number stating it was delivered. But no signature was required. I never received my product. They told me I had to file a claim with ***** **** will only let the shipping party file a claim. I paid for a product and service, but I received neither.

      On August 16th, I ordered juice, disposables, and CBD oil. The total was $102, including $15 for express shipping. After days of no notifications of the products being shipped, I reached out to ejuicesteals. They then told me the product I ordered was out of stock, and asked me if I wanted to substitute items in the order even though I was prompted to specify that I wanted a refund on out of stock items before the order was actually placed. I asked for a substitution, and then never heard back from anyone. Days later, I asked for a full refund and heard nothing back. Even after an additional email sent to them today, I have had zero contact with anyone since they told me the products I ordered were out of stock.

      90 dollars was spent and tracking number issued, checked tracking number and it said label created then said label canceled. Emailed multiple times with no response.
