I am filing this complaint against CyberCoders for contacting me without my permission and continuing to reach out despite my explicit request for them to stop.1.Initial Contact: On 06/9/2024, I received an unsolicited message from CyberCoders offering a remote job. I have no prior relationship with this company and did not provide them with my contact information or consent to be contacted.2.Response: I responded to the initial message, stating clearly that I was not interested and did not agree to be contacted by their company or any business partners. Despite this, I received another message from the company trying to persuade me to consider their offer, which I had already declined.3.Harassment and Unsolicited Communication: The continued contact from this company is both intrusive and unwelcome. I have concerns about how they obtained my personal information and their disregard for my privacy and explicit request to cease communication.4.Request for Action: I request that the BBB takes appropriate action to ensure that CyberCoders ceases all communication with me immediately. Furthermore, I request that an investigation be conducted into how they obtained my personal information and their practices regarding unsolicited communication.I believe this companys actions are in violation of my privacy rights and potentially other regulations regarding unsolicited communications. I trust that the BBB will address this issue promptly and ensure that such practices are curbed to protect other consumers.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,******************* *************************** Make sure to fill in the date of the initial contact and any additional contact details you have for CyberCoders. Once completed, you can submit this complaint through the BBB website.

The supporting screen shots the candidate provided are not from CyberCoders. This is a spam/phishing issue with a person posing as a CyberCoders employee about job oppertunities. We suggest the candidate immediately refrain from communicating with the phishing account. We also ensured that we do not have a profile under the candidate's name and have no information on the candidate in our system.

I keep receiving "job opportunities" emails form this company despite having unsubscribed from their services multiple times. I receive weekly to monthly spam emails after having first signed up years ago and requested to stop/unsubscribe numerously in the following months to years. I do NOT wish to keep seeing these emails for more years to come but they just keep coming.

Cybercoders refuses to stop communications with me despite repeated attempts to unsubscribe from email list and deactivation of my account. It is a job board that I signed up for that I greatly regret. I can't unsubscribe and they constantly email me. Either something is wrong with their mailing list automation logic or they are intentionally predatory.

We have blocked them from all CyberCoders communications and are in the process of removing their personal information and account from our systems as requested.

A company called CyberCoders, which is some kind of a placement firm, has gotten my resume and keeps spamming me with "job opportunities" that are little more than a matched word or two from my resume and have little or anything with I actually do for a living. Since February I have been getting email with these so called "job opportunities" from these Cybercoder employees (not a complete list):********************************************* ************************************** ******************************************** ******************************************* ***************************************** There is a link at the bottom of their emails with an "unsubscribe" link that I have completed over 10 times which apparently does absolutely nothing:CyberCoders Headquarters - We recruit candidates worldwide.******************************************************************************* email | unsubscribe I have gone so far as emailing them back with the term "REMOVE" in the subject line on multiple occasions, which has no effect, the same people just keep sending more spam. How do decent, civilized people separate themselves from these kind of societal parasites? If you know how I can get their business license revoked and put them out of business please let me know.Thank you for your time.************************

I regrettably submitted my resume for a CyberCoders position back in 2018. I have tried to unsubcribe numerous times but they will not honor my request. I have emailed the CyberCoders employees directly and have even spoke to them in person but they continue to harass me. This is not a reputable company!!!

I submitted my information to CyberCoders in relation to a job they had posted several weeks ago, to which they responded promptly. However, I've now tried on several occasions to have them stop contacting me, but they won't ever respond and continue to solicit me. I've unsubscribed several times as well as reached out directly via email to the senders, but I never get any response and the solicitations continue.
