Cybercoders emails me constantly about Jobs that I am not even remotely qualified for. That's what recruiters do. That's not my issue. I am giving them ONE star because every time they email me, I request that they remove me from their mailing list/contact list/database and I continue to get mail from them but no response to my request. How can I get them to stop?Review from Glenn A

All I receive from them are idiotic emails, trying to be witty for largely out of state work. I specifically state on the online job sites that I am not interested in travel. In the past, I had responded to the recruiter or BOT (with a name) and never received a reply, regarding a position they sent. I do not know one person in IT who was ever placed anywhere by them. I think they are ghosting big time.Review from Jessie G

I was placed by this company years ago, and I had a great experience with my recruiter. She responded to me quickly and was responsive when I had questions about the role. After the initial phone screen, I went for an in-person interview with the team. Within one week I got an interview and job offer. My recruiter followed up with me before and after my interview to get my feedback and she was great advocate for me during the entire process.Review from Marty G

WHAT A SHAME!!!A good reputable company has turned into dog excrement. In the past, they have found me two very good Android dev contractor positions where I was paid through them. Then they found me a full time position that lasted 4 years. I recommended them to others. They were good at matching you to clients. They knew you and your capabilities, knew the clients and worked at closing the deal. They were aggressive go-getters. I actually counted ******************************************** over the last 5 years.I now am on the market and was eager to reconnect with them. I wrote them... and well... I got a 'go to ****, submit your resume to jobs you're interested email back.. There is absolutely no reason to use them over say LinkedIn or ****** jobs. Here is the response. I hope it dissuades you from submitting your resume through them:From cybercoders:Thank you for your email! I have gone ahead and uploaded your resume to your profile. To find a job with CyberCoders, it is best to search the job listings on our site and apply with your profile. If you are a match for the position based on the clients specifications, the recruiter will contact you. If you are not a match for any current positions, you can still create a profile with us. Your resume and information will be in our database so we can contact you if a position needing your qualifications and experience opens up.Review from Shaun N

Whatever you do, do NOT hire Cybercoders or work with them on any level as a recruiting agency and top of the list do not work with *********************. After nearly sinking the deal because he was "in a rush to close before the end of the year", I was able to close and get hired by the firm I now work for on our own terms without him in a much better deal (over 10% more than he was able to get) than he secured and he ended up with a larger payout because I did his job. Part of the deal with him as a recruiter (even though he failed miserably) was that I would receive a $5,000 bonus back from Cybercoders after completing 90 days of employment. After not receiving the bonus, I inquired, and his response was that the bonus was no longer offered because I secured myself a better deal than he was able to get (he got paid on percentage of my annual salary, so he got more money than he would have gotten himself). I have the written confirmation of the bonus which he later verbally confirmed when the deal was done. Sincerely, this company is nothing but a collection of used car salesmen. Avoid them at all costs.Review from Caleb W

Ive been trying to get off their email list for months. Unsubscribes dont work. Emailing them doesnt work. Not even gonna bother calling this scam company on my own phone. Theyre nothing but a data farm, collecting resumes to sell information to other scams. Occasionally theyll actually place someone at a job so they can pretend to be a legitimate business.Review from David S

This company has been continually harassing me for many months, offering me jobs that have basically nothing to do with the type of work that I do. I don't do "site reliability engineering". OMG!!! So frustrating. I've told them this many times and they just don't listen.Review from Ellen R

The company I currently started with in September 2021 had a previous agreement with CyberCoders dating back to 2017. I was introduced to our Account Manager, ********************* who has been absolutely horrible to work with from day one. He was not understanding of our companies' change of hands and was impatient with us as we worked through getting to know one another. He quickly made allegations against us and then did not submit candidates for several months. We made one hire through him in October, who then proceeded to quit a month later. The agreement with CyberCoders was never updated from 2017 so we had to honor a replacement instead of a pro-rated amount back. ***** has been accusatory through out this replacement process constantly arguing with our HR team that our salaries are not in line with previous hires. When I ask for the names of previous hires he does not respond to emails, and then after several follow up emails he responds with the candidates' first names only. When I take matter into my own hands and run some reports, I can see that he is confusing our departments and their salary requirements. He is extremely pushy to the extent to just tell me his candidates' won't accept our roles. He has a horrible demeanor and attitude via email and it has now been 4 months without a replacement. Once we fill this replacement role I am voiding our contract and plan to never work with CyberCoders again! I advise anyone to do the same.
