    On 12/21/2022, a loan was disbursed to me for payment for LaserAway treatment. I was told by the LaserAway consultant, ********, that the loan would be paid in full for 18 automatic payments of $119.11. In June 2024, I realized there had already been 18 payments. I checked my account balance, and I was surprised to find out that PatientFi wanted to charge me $932.32 in interest because there was 0.02 left on my account due to an accounting error on the sales consultant's part. I called PatientFi on 7/15/24 to address this issue, and I have not heard back from PatientFi since. I'm asking them to waive this interest charge because, to me, this is a predatory lending practice.

    I think patient fi is inconsistent with service when it comes to account withdrawal Ive been charged twice for the same payment twice in the month of July and June only to have to wait for 3 days for my money the *** SYSTEM IS OUTTA WACK AND INCONVENIENT I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!
