Request for a refund for delivery not made that was paid for. On October 18th 2 orders were placed at the same time for a delivery to the same location and person through ********** store for Delivery. of the 2 orders placed one received - I used to use Edible Arrangements for my business marketing for my clients birthdays, Holidays etc. I have receipts of the 2 separate orders for the same person, one of my biggest clients- birthday cake balloons, cupcakes and chocolate dipped fruit tray for the staff. Made contact through the website portal that request a contact id there is a problem with the order. I received a ticket order number and that the owner of the store would contact me. Today 11/07/2023 no response of no contact from the owner. If I have to I will go to the store, but that is a situation that will blow up really fast. I have posted a review on yelp and ****** but no online comment or response. This was not a $20 order and this was a poor reflection on my business. I demand a refund from the company or shut them down and the corporation. I will not stop until I get my Refund and I will go as far as I need to.
