            I booked this taco truck for a milestone birthday. The day and time arrive and he is nowhere to be seen. I reach out and he states he is 15 minutes away. 2 hours and 14 calls (from me) later he arrives. He tells me he is injured. The injury did not occcur on his way to the event it occurred sometime much earlier and instead of contacting me he chose to ruin my event. The contract:-time 6:30pm to 8:30pm (he arrives 8:45pm and leaves at 9:30). He doesnt tell me he is leaving, he just drives off. -Menu offered was not what was discussed and agreed upon.After the event, he went to the hospital and I told him to let me know when he had a moment so we could conclude our business. 2 weeks go by with nothing from him on how he is going to make this right. I continue to get emails saying I owe him money. I contact him to tell him to refund my deposit, cancel the contract and we can be done. He refuses. His offer is to keep my deposit and forgive the rest of the balance. He wants to keep half of the agreed upon fee after breaching every part of the contract. I am going through the process of suing him in small claims court.
