      On July 06, 2023 I placed an order with bistro blends in the amount of $241.53. The order number is 4048.I arranged installment payments with Shopify through affirm loan services. My purchase I d number is v v d x dash 457 g. I never received the order from bistro. Blends, despite several emails to them with no response, I disputed the charges on October 19th and now affirm continues to charge me for the original payment of $241 53. I don't know what to Resolve this matter. Please advise.I was not able to submit documentation. Because the files are too large but I can mail them upon request.

      On June 21, I submitted an order **** in the amount of $144.36 including tax. I still have not received my order. I sent numerous emails and they have gone unanswered. The company continues to send me marketing emails advertising last days to order, we are preparing shipments as fast as possible blah blah blah. I have not been able to call apparently the phone number does not work.

      I Paid $115.74 on July 14, 2023 for 3 bottles of Bistro Blends balsalmic vinegar, order number ****. It never arrived and despite many efforts to contact Bistro Blends by email or phone there has been no reponse. I would like the product if available or a refund if this vinegar is no longer available. It is too bad that this company has poor customer service as their product is very good.

      Ive been receiving emails that Bistro Blends is going out of business. Ive been a long time customer and love their products so on June 24th I placed an order for 2 cases of blackberry balsamic vinegar figuring if they are going out of business I better stock up. I spend a little over $100 because the cases were 50% off. In their email they mention they are short handed and doing their best to get product shipped as soon as possible so dont initiate charge backs. To date I have not received my order despite multiple attempts to contact them and now it appears the product I ordered is sold out. I emailed them requesting the status of my order 7/11/23, 7/15/23, 7/19/23, 7/21/23 (contacted them twice and included ******* email who assisted me with an order in the past), 7/25/2023, 7/29/23 and most recently today 8/21/23. To date, no response. I did recently file a claim with my credit card company because I never received the product and the company never followed up with me. BBB, I honestly feel like this company may be scamming people out of their money as they are going out of business and wanted to make sure this was on your radar and on the radar of others considering doing business with them. This experience has been very disappointing considering iver received wonderful customer service from them in the past.

      I purchased Heirloom Balsamic Vinegar from Bistro Blends online January 10, 2023 for $44.57 #****. I have contacted them January 11, 20, February 2, 8 through email they sent . In email they were looking into why I had not received my purchase. I have not heard anything. They have stolen my money as far as I'm concerned and now they won't respond. The phone number on website drops when called. They were sending emails they were going out of business so I thought I'd help by ordering from them. I have in the past and received my Heirloom Balsamic Vinegar which is really good. So I requested a full refund since I haven't received it and still haven't heard anything.
