I ordered food online at the Wienerschnitzel location (owned, operated, authorized, and/or franchised by Galardi Group ***** on Wednesday, November 30 through their ****************** location in ***********************************. I ordered several items totaling $47.14. All items were delivered as promised except for a chili dog which was priced at $2.69, or $2.95 with tax. On the ordering page, it said to "contact the specific location for assistance. The only contact information that I could locate was a phone number **************. I checked the Yelp listing and the webpage and I could not find any other contact information. I called the number a few times and left my contact information, and received no call back. The last few times I called, I received a message that the voice mail box was full.I am entitled to a refund of $2.95 for the missing item. I also want to call to the company's attention that it has provided no means for customers to have ordering mistakes rectified. The 291-2888 number is listed prominently on the ordering page, but it apparently is unattended. It is unconscionable to have a webpage with the veneer that there are protections for the customer, when customers can only pray that the order is correct.
