            I had the most horrendous experience with Real Hawaiian Shave Ice. When I reached out for help regarding an error on my shipping address, they provided the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The owner not only refused to assist me in correcting the mistake - which *** confirmed only the sender could do - but also went as far as to berate me. Instead of showing any empathy or willingness to help, the owner essentially blamed me and callously dismissed my concerns becoming hostile with a "sucks for you" attitude before abruptly hanging up. This kind of mistreatment is absolutely appalling and unacceptable. I will never support this business again and strongly advise others to steer clear if they value decent customer service.
