I was hesitant to order from them because they are online only. But I did and I'm so glad I took a chance because I loved the look of the ******* lounge chair. I ordered the chair and unfortunately, the first one arrived damaged.I contacted customer service and they were fantastic. They communicated every step of the way, keeping me updated on the replacement process. The replacement arrived quickly and the quality is incredible - even better than I expected! Their customer service is top-notch, and they clearly prioritize customer satisfaction. Love my new chair.Review from Tiffany B

Sent stool with 3 front legs and 1 back leg **************** made us take pictures and email just to tell us sorry they won't send the leg or missing s**** package ****************Review from Arlene G

Purchased chair at Jennifer Taylor Home. Disappointed. Blue leopard chair was cute but terribly uncomfortable. Wal-Mart was attempting to match price but while this was happening I received a nasty letter from *****, Jennifer' salesperson. I always felt you can fight City Hall, but I have become wiser. Chair,was purchased with my *********** credit card. Said Credit Card failed to stand behind me..or 'have my back'. *********** instead relied on their Resolution Team located in **************. Bad experience with purchase and two retail establishments. At least BBB was on Target about Jennifer Taylor and her furniture. Consequently, I called an upholstered so and he succeeded in creating a chair Jennifer Taylor could not..attractive and comfortable.
