      I ORDERED THIS TEDDY BEAR IN SEPTEMBER OF 2023, I NEVER RECEIVED THE BEAR. EVERY TIME I EMAILED THEM, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE ON BACK ORDER AND WOULD SEND THEM AS SOON AS THEY WERE RECEIVED. IN MY JULY EMAIL THEY STATED BY MID AUGUST THEY WOULD BE SENDING THEM OUT, I NEVER RECEIVED ONE AND NOW ITS BEEN A YEAR. MY LAST EMAIL REQUESTED A REFUND. THAT WMAIL HAS GONE UNANSWERED, I DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THE BEAR ANYMORE, I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AT THIS POINT.

      I ordered and paid for a 2023 Cancer Teddy Bear on October 15, 2023 (receipt attached) and still have not received the teddy bear. I have contacted this company's "founder" ***** a number of times and he promises the world but doesn't deliver. He continually offered an older versions of a Cancer Teddy Bear as an apology for the delays on getting the 2023 Teddy Bear, to which I did finally accept but now another 4 months has passed and still no 2023 Teddy Bear. My latest email to him where I requested a refund because I am fed up has gone unanswered!

      Ordered a Teddy Bear (Breast Cancer Version for my wife) on 9/27/23. ***** Herrington has not delivered the ordered product and only has excuses for the delay.

      On September 25th 2023 I pre-ordered the breast cancer awareness bear from the Herrinton Teddy Bear store from an advertisement on ********* I paid ***** by credit card. I was told in February 2024 that the bear would be sent out in a month. I still have not received the bear nor has the company responded to anymore emails inquiring about the bear order #HTB3715. If the company is unable to provide the bear at least return the money paid.

      Herrington Bears purchase from Oct. 2023; ordered the bear and as of this date it still has not arrived. Have emailed several times since to ***** Herrington (supposedly) @ ************************************************************ he has replied each time but keeps putting the date back with different excuses. Promises on the last email 4/30/24 that this is not a scam and would send a 2021 bear free of charge until my bear was ready. Not sure how reliable this is and believe it should be noted for those who want to purchase this item because like me they have been diagnosed, but be aware that this appears to be something that takes forever and I don't know if either bear will ever really show up at my home. If something can be done to fix this please do so.

      I ordered a Herrington Teddy Bear in October of 2023. I checked with the company after the 90 days they said it would take to get here and they told me there were so many ordered and it would be a little longer. I paid $60 for this teddy bear for my granddaughter and it has been 6 months with no product. These people need to be found and shut down. They are ripping people off.

      I ordered the bear back on Nov 5 kept sending emails where is the bear they kept telling me they are shipping it out they have a high demand of bears being made all the same emails over and over meanwhile no bear and its now March and still no bear

      I ordered a ************************************ Sept **************************************************** 90 days. Nothing received in December so I sent an email to get an update on my order. Response stated delays and it would ship in January. January comes and goes, nothing. Email again and get same response, but now it will ship in February. February comes and goes and nothing. Emailed again with no response. Requested a refund since this is well beyond the time frame indicated when I placed my initial order and no refund given. It's apparent they are not shipping my order and I am entitled to a refund. I think this company is a complete scam and needs to be shut down. Based on other things I am seeing I'm obviously not alone.

      I ordered Breast cancer 2023 bear and was told be available in ************************* October 2023. I reached out in December asking where the bear is at, i get email saying no won't ship until January. We'll it is February and now after I reached out to them AGAIN now they are not giving me an answer when I will get this bear. Today after researching others have filed complaints to them saying they have never gotten their bear either and get the same email I just got today, and they ordered back in 2020. I called left message and emailed them back asking for refund. So sad they are making money off women and families during hard time of their breast cancer journey. Please put an end of them scam them, and help myself and others get their money back. Thank you ********************* *************************
