Purchased a Warrior foosball table from their website on 11/26/21. Order was confirmed. No word about delivery. I called the company and was told the table would be delayed until January due to supply Issues and an error they Made with inventory. Sent several emails that were not returned. Called again on 2/25/ 22 and asked for a refund. I was told to email them the request. I did. Still no refund. Sent 2 more follow up emails. They have almost $1100 of my money.Initial Complaint

The company owes me a refund and has not returned any calls or emails since last spring. I purchased a set of woods on a play/trial basis. I decided not to keep them, called to set up the return and was offered half off the price if I would keep them. I agreed but was never issued my refund.Initial Complaint

Made a verbal commitment to Warrior golf to trial a 3,4 & 5 fairway wood set on or about 2/10/21. Obtained a Written 90 day extension of the trial period on 3/15/21 from Warrior Golf. Trialed the 3 ***** as soon as would allow in **. There was no custom fitting, as promised. During the early written expanded 90 day trial period I found the clubs to be unsatisfactory. As directed by the company, I called 3x & was on hold for 1&1/2 hours No one answered & I left 3 messages advising that the clubs were unsatisfactory. At each call, I was told I would receive a call back within 1 day. Never got a call back & was unable to request the necessary return authorization number. Warrior Golf made it impossible for me to utilize their so called money back guarantee by refusing to answer their phone and failing to get back to me as promised. I faxed & mailed them on 4/12/21 stating the above with no response. Seems to be a clear deceptive & fraudulent practice.Initial Complaint

3/1/21 On the above date, I purchased 3 golf clubs with a 45 day money back guarantee. I followed the instructions on there invoice, about returning them. I had to get a return number from them. I call the number provided, and get a answering machine. I have tried many times to get in touch with them. I have left ***** messages, and have e-mailed them 5 times. I ordered a set of irons from Warrior Custom Golf (******, **) in May 2020 & paid $599.95 using a credit card. This was perhaps my 3rd business dealing w/ Warrior, & the 1st time I experienced a problem. I returned the clubs three months later asking for a refund, per the test period agreement. When no refund appeared on my credit card statement, I called Warrior in December '20 & spoke with a representative. The customer rep looked up my record & acknowledged that the iron set had been received. He also acknowledged I am due a refund. He provided a confirmation number for the credit. That credit never appeared on my cc statement. I've since called Warrior multiple times, but am never able to speak w/ an individual. I've left voicemails requesting a return call. No response. I since went online & found several posts of customers who have a similar story. I contacted **** of **** to dispute/reverse the charge. They investigated but then dropped the case w/ no explanation why.Initial Complaint

Received a 3,5 & 7 wood from Warrior Customer golf on 2/18/2021 and was told I had 6 months to try them out and return them. I first tried to make contact in May 2021 but received no reply to an e-mail and they haven't returned any of my voicemails I've left. One of their numbers said it is no longer in service. Leads me to believe they are no longer in business. Thank you
