this person **** owner/operator owes me 25 dollars for a deposit on a hair appointment and she did not do my hair stating she dont do disabled people she is very unprofessional she also discriminated against me iam disabled and have a fixed incomeBusiness response

Hello BBB,
We received a complaint that was put in October. stating that a customer said I told her I do not do *** customers. That was totally a lie and it was not the customer who wrote it, it was her daughter. 2 things 1. The customer came in very rude with her mother who was in a wheelchair and has Dimension asking for a service that I do not do (she booked the wrong service) I explained that to her but she wanted to leave her mom at the appointment alone she was getting ready to leave before I could discuss the appointment with her I told her that she would need to stay to supervise the appointment being that her mom has dimension and I would need help lifting her out of the wheel chair and shampoo bowl. But then I realized she booked the wrong appointment and so did she. I do not do very short cuts and found another stylist in my salon that specializes in short cuts and we booked her mom with her for the next day and forwarded her $25 deposit to the other stylist. I feel like my daughter is bipolar. She apologized after she was rude and we have several witnesses that were there that can validate this story. My other stylist waited there the next day but she never showed up and I followed up with her on the no show and she was rude and disrespectful again to me by text and I still have the text messages. I always give top notch service so I am very shocked she did this after we tried to accommodate her and she did not show. Thank you
