I was sold 8 cartridges 2 grape ape and 2 super glue from a dispensary delivery service. When I opened them up, one after the other they all had brown discolored oil at the top. This is a clear indication that they are getting old and have external factors now affecting them. I told the delivery serive what happened but they said they can't give me an exchange becuase the test date was back in 12/05/23 which was very recent. However, the test date doest matter, the product is old enough to become brown. I have a video of me opening it brand new and its brown. Maybe the cartridges were sitting somewhere for a period of time before they were tested or maybe theyre fake west coast cure cartridges. I reached out to the west coast cure support form and email to validate this information and initially I got a few responses that said they needed additional pictures which I provided, but they have since stopped responding. The batch number for the cartridges is VPPL234563. I have bought these exact ceramic 1 gram cartridges from multiple dispensaries and never had this problem before. The company was flowercompany.com that I bought it from. I would like a fresh product when I make a purchase and this was unfortunately not the case this time.
