      Order placed on Cyber Monday 11/27/23 and its been 3 weeks. I called several times, left a phone # on the automated line queue for a rep to call, and e-mailed to find out the status of my order. For weeks, on my account, it stated processing. After previous attempts, I emailed and wrote reviews on their website 12/16 and finally receive an email the next day. ****** wrote the items were cancelled due to algorithms and mis-picking. If that is true, then (1) why havent I been informed that THEY CANCELLED my order? Ive been waiting patiently for my items for weeks and some are X-mas gifts. (2) Why are they still being sold? Ive been monitoring my items and they were all being sold online, but at a higher price. All were available up until today 12/17, now 3 out of 5 items are available. I have ******************** So this explanation is false. They couldve sent them anytime & now The email with a disingenuous apology, false explanation, and lack of remedy was a disappointment. He gave me a 20% off coupon at REGULAR price and thought that was a sufficient band-aid to the issues. But I got a better deal with Cyber Monday. Why would I be happy with that?There are a few red flags. (1) 5.11 should contact customer(s) if there is a problem with an order, especially due to an issue on their end. (2) Communication needs improvement (pick up phone, return customer calls, ******* Associates should be kind, courteous, and helpful. (4) Order issues should be resolved in a timely manner. Preferably in one go. I still need a resolution.(5) Give a more satisfactory response. For example, We apologize for your inconvenience and well deliver your items overnight since youve been waiting 3 weeks and are X-mas gifts. Also, here is an additional gift card/credit/coupon for your troubles. Thank you for being a long time, loyal customer of ************************** ******* post honest reviews. I wrote reviews. None were published. There was no profanity or anything derogatory.

      Attempted theft from 5.11. They used to have good customer service but now it is as poor as they come. I placed an order on January 14th for 3 items. After 4 weeks with no shipment I emailed customer support asking about the status. I was told a shirt was sold out and it would be removed from the order, refunded, and the other two items shipped out and that the order was getting a priority update to send out quickly. That didn't happen. After 4 more weeks I reached back out to customer support and received a response that all items are sold out so they would cancel the order and send a refund.If the items were sold out why wasn't the order canceled and sending out a refund automatically earlier than 2 months after the order was placed?If they were sold out why did the first representative say that two items weren't sold out and would be shipped shortly?Super shady business practices from a company that used to be top of the line.
