      Cannot return product. There was no return information in package and cannot get ahold of company. Cannot reach them by phone or email. I did some internet research and it seems this site is a scam. With as many complaints have been filed why havent you done more?

      Order *****, returned trail cameras unopened. Ridiculous unaccountable emails that visionners relevant team was evaluating the items returned for over 3 months. Canned responses with fake name ****** ******* shown below. This auto response comes back and the phone number posted in their site simply replies how busy they are with high call volume, ( not true) and please email us at blah blah blah ****** ******* Hi *****,Thanks for getting in touch.We are really sorry for the inconvenience.       After making the purchase on 12/11/22 the card I used for the purchase had fraudulent activity. I can have ********* provide those details if needed.Gifted this for xmas and the person receiving it could not get it to work. I then asked to return it and I've been instructed by the company to only mail it via **** to *****. Upon discussion with **** they will not mail this product due to the battery type. I that point I decided to research the company and found many complaints on the BBB on their practices. I would just like my money back for the product that I purchased that does not work.

      Ordered a product from this company that was portrayed as an ******** company, upon delivery we find the product came from *****. The directions given were only a 6 step process. While trying to put the product together we had many issues and after contacting them they emailed back a 26 step process. The video they sent had no audio and was not helpful. Their website does not show reviews, it only advertises as a 5 star product. After researching reviews online we found that all reviews were negative and stated that their company is a scam. The website also shows that there is a 30 day refund no questions asked. When attempting to return this product we were asked many questions and told we needed to provide a video showing proof the product is broken. Weve attempted calling the phone number multiple times but every time an automated machine says they cannot accept calls during this time. They also state that their US location is closed because of Covid. Many reviews we saw online stated they never received their refund.I am attaching pictures of some of the emails and pictures from the website.

      I bought a camera from this company and had to return the item. They were to refund money, but never did. It has been almost one year and they have not returned the camera or issued a return. I have made multiple attempts to contact Visionner without resolving this issue.

      Date of transaction 11/20/21. *** is $149.89. Item is a trail camera.Company is Visionner in ******, **.Website is misleading and business policy is impossible to comply with regarding their 30 day money back guarantee and 5 year warrenty. Policy states the consumer guaranteed money back for any reason BUT consumer must delve deep into their website to know that guarantee is only good if their package hasn't been opened and product hasn't been used. Item received is defective and cannot be used. This can only be determined if consumer opens the package and attempts to use it. Numerous emails with customer service to return and receive money back. Numerous attempts to get assistance. Requests made for telephone support were denied. I need assistance in forwarding my email documentation to you for review.

      I purchased a trail camera from Vissionner. Their website states they are a *** company. It is the item I ordered for a Christmas present, but is not what the individual was looking for. Vissionner has stated I can return it for a refund; but I have to send it to *****. I have been corresponding via email with their customer service and they stated the warehouse in ******* is closed. So I have to send it to *****. They are an ******** company and I am being instructed to deal with a warehouse in *****.

      On September 9, 2021, I purchased a trail camera with wifi/bluetooth capabilities for $149.85. Paid through ******. I received the camera on 9/27/2021 and proceeded to contact the company Visionner via email. I wrote to them and told them that the camera cannot connect to wifi or blue tooth. They sent me a link to a video and step by step instructions on what to do. This didn't work, we went back and forth with numerous emails. I was asked to video myself going through the instructions. I did and the company replied immediately that I didn't hold the button down long enough, please make another video. So I did. I emailed them again asking when are they going to make a decision on how to proceed. I was told that the support team was looking at the video. That was on October 13. I sent another email the other day telling them I have run out of patience. No one has responded. The camera only takes photos now, the video doesn't always work.
