Viasat is an ******** company. There telephone number is ************. I was on automatic pay each month in the amount of approximately $97.98. My last bill was $110.40. I cancelled my account because I could not continue to pay that amount. I am supposed to send back the merchandise which is I understand, however they are telling me if I don't return a certain piece that I will be charged $750.00. I don't have a problem returning the standard equipment in my house. However the equipment they want me to return is on my roof. I am 81 years old and cannot climb on my roof to return that equipment, along with the standard equipment. I have had to return other equipment and was never told to return equipment that was on my roof. I would like your help in resolving this situation. I do not understand why they have to have equipment returned to them that is attached to the disk on the roof. They are supposed to send me a box with the instructions on how to remove it from the disk on the roof. I think since they put it up on the roof that if it is that important for them to get it back, than they should come take it off the roof themselves. They will charge me $99.00 if they come out to remove that part. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for them to remove that part.
