I think they are bad people to deal with. My account had been transferred from another business to Phoenix Law and I can't get in touch with them by phone, text or email. This is so bad when you have paid out your hard earned money and they are doing you this way. All the bills that they suppose to have taken care of is back to me and now I'm having to go to court due to the fact that they didn't do anything for me except take my money.Review from Greg K

I was transferred to Phoenix Law from LPG and the will not answer my emails or phone calls. They need to let people know if they are out of business and transfer accounts to another debt ******************* because I need the services I paid for to be completed.Review from DIANNALYNN S

I was transferred to Phoenix. I haven't been able to connect to their website, email or get to a service rep. I have court docs that I can't get to them. Tick Tock time is running out.I'm highly disappointed. The company I was transferred from was very timely with their help. I expected the same service...not. 1 star because 0 isn't available.Review from FRANK P

This business is absolutely AWFUL and should be held financially accountable for taking clients money and not performing the services. The will avoid your phone calls and not answer any emails. They promise to take care of your debt, and yet they do nothing when the debtors are taking you to court AND Phoenix Law still has your money so you can't pay the debtors that you are taking you to court.DO NOT do any business with this company! I hope they are forced out of business and hopefully some of us will get some of our money back.Review from Adrieon B

I gave my money to ******************** Group. They went bankrupt this company took over. So far I have no answers and am out close to *****. Nobody answers the phones! I am beyond frustrated!!!Review from Linda L

Ive been attempting to contact Phoenix Law for several days & each time an automated voice states that all their customer service reps are busy. So I left two messages with no luck of a return call. My account was transferred from LPG to them. I have paid off LPG at which time they finally filed for bankruptcy after transferring my account to **********************. I still have a **** against my credit from a collection agency & when I was able to contact Phoenix when LPG first turned my account over ********************** stated they were working with the credit bureaus to get that dropped off my credit. Its been 4 years from beginning with LPG.Review from Emily P

I too was transferred from LPG to Phoenix Law. I have just had to stop payment from Morning Law Group when I saw that it appeared on my bank account. The payment had first been rejected, then forced through by Morning Law Group based on my signature from the original contract, however, I had never been informed or knew of the existence of Morning Law Group. I have emailed them informing them of cancelling my contract, as well as telling them that forced payment was attempted via fraudulent means, and that this will not happen in the future. I would warn everyone to change what you have to regarding your bank account/charge card or however you have previously made payments. It's quite disgraceful what these scammers are doing. I only leave one star because no star rating is not possible.Review from Brian W

I was transferred to this company without my knowledge or consent. They took duplicate payments and refused to provide refund even with proof and bank investigation. The company did not do anything in regards to my account and continued to claim "we are so sorry you must've fallen through the cracks." This was told to me upon the transition and them treating my account as a new account versus a transferred account even though I called every week to make sure they were actually doing something since they refused to cancel my account. They refused to send me any requested documentation requested in regards to my account. Every time I had spoken with a supervisor and was told corrections would be made, the following week they were no longer with the company. They did not show up to my court date as they were supposed to and have not addressed the settlement that they had promised agreed to.
