              Great service and professionalism, a delight to work with and great team. From loan application, processing, approval, document signing, transfer to a different financial institution, and new payment info/auto pay set up, I was able to get info and move along the process in a seamless fashion. Very satisfied and highly recommend Rate Plus to fellow home buyers/refinancing.

              Very professional team. Worked through several issues that were identified but resolved in a timely manner. Rate Plus even paid for additional Notary charges when it was realized the Deed must be filed as the Living Trust (not originally clear). Originally communicated percentage rate was not correct due to borrower change (I changed from the original quote) but once pointed out it was quickly corrected. Communication was excellent and issues explained. Funding was completed very close to the original target despite some unexpected issues and happening during the Xmas Holiday season.

              It was a very smooth and fast process refinancing with Rate Plus. My loan officer was ******* and she was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, quick to respond to any questions I had and really broke everything down thoroughly for me. And most importantly, she got me a great interest rate with no additional fees! I would highly recommend ******* and this company for refinancing!

              Quickest + seamless + smooth + efficient!No further explanation needed.I hate advertising mails. Well, everyone does. I usually throw them away without even opening. One day, one of them caught my eyes. It was a refinance advertising mail from RatePlus, one of ********* refinance mails I literally recieve everyday. Glad it did. ??I started the refinance process on 11/4/2021 & got the loan funded on 11/19/2021. It does not get any better.*** (loan ********** ********* (loan office) were absolutely amazing! Very thorough, polite & straight to the point.I highly recommend RatePlus (******, **) for those who are looking to refinance!
