I called Fast Appliance Rescue to come assess why my Wine Cooler was not working. The owner/technician come out on 7/29 and assessed that a part needed to be replaced. They would need 1/2 down for the part and order it and call me when the part arrived to schedule installation. on Sept 16th, I called/text the company and someone answered to provide them a copy of the invoice and text it to a different number *************) . Person responded that "shows parts are out for delivery, should arrive today or tomorrow". Followed up again via text and calling on Oct 1st and Oct 3 with no reply, mailbox is now full. I also tried to contact through ****** chat. I would like BBB help before filing a small claims court case.
