Horrible customer service. They took my money and then ghosted me. On the website they claim that they have a warranty and returns accepted. They also claim that when you reach out they return calls/emails within 24 hours. Complete lies. I have reached out multiple times and have had only one response, which took 3 days. When I responded to that, its now been a week and no response from them. No one will answer their phone. You are immediately told to leave a message, which will never get returned. So tired of companies taking money & then having no responsibility beyond that. The owners should be ashamed. Will never order from them again. Now I am stuck with a mattress that I will never use. I purchased an adjustable split king *** frame from this company and now one side of the *** will not raise or lower. Followed their process to file a warranty claim and they were quick to respond asking me to send them a video of the *** not working. I sent them the video. That's when all communication stopped. I have followed up daily for a week now and have not heard anything from this company. I have called the phone number several times and never spoken to anyone or been able to leave a message. If you need an additional reports of Dynasty handling warrantee claims like mine just search the Better Business Bureau. Fortunately I have access to free legal services so I am currently in the process of worker with a lawyer to remedy the situation.Review from Debora P

We purchased a mattress, we received a small box 2 lbs with the label of the mattress. No mattress we called to speak and tell them we didnt received our mattress. They said sent the small box back which we did and had to pay shipping 25 dollars. We want to be refunded for our original mattress and theres no one to speak with . They said sent us pictures, tracking number, company you shipped it back with , which we did and still have no resolution with this product ! Very bad customer service and company! We will never Purchase from this company ever again!!!!! You cannot talk to anyone from this company!!!!Review from Nancy S

I know that when people contact the Better Business Bureau, its usually to complain so I thought I would add a little twist to my Feedback. I Am actually here to give praise. I had a little issue not too long ago regarding my dynasty mattress. I called and spoke with the manager and she could not have been more lovely. I wish I could remember her name right now. Anyway my point is, the customer care is amazing! The young lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable, very kind, and had a great sense of humor! she immediately shipped out a new mattress. I also have the adjustable frame that I absolutely love! I couldnt be happier. I had all my paperwork in order and everything went brilliantly. I hope this its a nice change from always getting complaints from people. I just read one of the complaints from some gentleman and I dont know who he spoke to. But theres only one manager there that I know of. She was truly lovely. That guy was just mean!! Thank you for taking the time to read this Sincerely,*************************Review from Michael K

**** CONSUMER ALERT **** DO NOT buy from Dynasty Mattress!If you have any issues with your order you will have to go though their customer service "gatekeeper." She is the only person who picks up their customer service phone number, the person who controls the Customerservice@dynastymatress email address, and she is her own manager/supervisor, (I asked). Once she gets frustrated, she will yell at your and hang up the phone. If you call, she will see your number and deliberately not pick up the phone. I confirmed this after calling back after she hung up with no reply. However, as soon as I used a different number she picked up immediately. If you have an issue, don't count on getting help from her. Read the other reviews, many have the same complaint about her unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful behavior.
