      I purchased a pair of pants for my son last Nov (2023). They sent the wrong size. I utilized the return policy and they REFUSE to refund my money or send me the pants that I have ordered. They are a scam. I have contacted them for months and they keep giving me the same reply,"we will check with our shipping team." They have no intention on making things right. They are trying to placate and pacify and it is abhorrent. They should be banned from doing business in the USA.

      I ordered a pair of 3 pants on the 17th of February 2024. My Order# is TM52017. It's been over 3-weeks and I still have not been notified of a shipment/tracking number. I have reached out countless times and even on social media. I have requested to be refunded immediately, but no one has responded. This is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I don't think this company is no longer legitimate and it feels like a scam.

      Hello my name is *********************. I placed an order with TWILLMKT (order #TM51556) on January 5th, 2024 and have not been notified about any shipment of said order since then. I contacted the company via email because no phone was registered to this business. The self proclaimed TwillMKT Team reached out to me and said I would be notified about the order shortly through a few emails. I asked for a refund and I never heard from the team again.

      I had ordered a pair of cargo jeans from the sight on July 5th of 2023. When I had ordered them I couldn't ind anything sketchy about the sight but I had been told via instagram and TikTok comments that the company was a bit slow when it came to actually shipping the goods that people ordered. Once 3 months had passed, I sent a email, asking about where my jeans were, as the company had also given me a shipping tracker, although it seemed that it was less than accurate. After sending the email, they reached back to me saying that the goods would be at my house, alongside a new tracking link, which was ineffective. I reached out again in November, and had asked for a refund on the product, has I had now lost interest in trying to ask for my goods, and told them I would promptly file a complaint with the ************************* and with the **** They promised they were updating the shipping and getting a shipment through with ***** but 3 months have passed, and they were most likely just trying to keep me from reporting them. I wish to receive a complete refund for the goods ordered

      I ordered a pair of track pants for my grandson on 1/18/2024, never received them and only received one response to my numerous emails which was on Feb. 1 stating they'd check with their "Team." I've asked numerous times for the pants or a refund. At this point, I'd like a refund.

      Transaction Date: 10/19/23 Cost of purchase: $57.80 Order number: EXC-TM48638-1 I have been waiting for 1 pair of jeans for almost 4 months. Everytime I reach out for an update or to ask them to ship and provide me with a tracking number, they constantly make up stories an excuses. Theyve told me at least 6 times that they will be checking on this issue with their shipping department and will provide me an update within 2 days. Every single time they have failed to get back to me!! Im tired of the same excuses instead of having my jeans shipped and reaching out to me with good news such as a tracking number.I would like you guys to demand them to ship my jeans immediately and to email me tracking information as well when it does ship. Everytime I comment on their Instagram that theyve been ignoring me, they delete my comment so other customers dont see the terrible service they provide and to scam more customers out of their money.

      I have made a purchase on 11/16/2023 of $51.56 I was informed that it would only take a week to receive and its now going on two months since Ive received anything keep reaching out to this company to get a refund and they keep beating around the **** they then promised I would receive it before Christmas but that was a lie it just so happened to be delayed and at this point I dont think that was a coincidence it seems like they were a company that had potential but couldnt keep up financially so now they steal the money from people who arent aware of the scam theyre running

      Placed an order in September and 10 days later received an email stating that package had been mailed out. Gave it 2 weeks then contacted them for a status update, which they sent an automated response saying that it had been shipped out. We are a few days away from December 1st and still have not received my purchase. Hopefully, the powers that be can have the website shut down to prevent this from happening to many others.

      I paid for a product on November 4th. Online it stated shipping could take ***** business days. I never received the product and have asked for a refund/cancellation daily since my product hasnt even shipped yet. No response except once when they tried to find tracking instead of refund me like I asked
