************************* of Network Capital Funding Corporation lied to me about absolutely everything he said he could do trying to get me a lower mortgage payment. I reached out to him and their customer service *************************** to get the hard inquiry off my credit report and was ignored. I told ************************* I had a 5.75% interest rate and he assured me multiple time ls he could get it down to a 5% and remove the private mortgage insurance. I only have about 8-9% equity and mentioned this to him several times and he assured me he could get pmi dropped and a lower interest rate. After given the necessary information ************************* said we would call back with the results within the hour. The next day I had to reach to him for an explanation. His response was a text message "No net benefit, we need higher value of the home or we need the interested to drop" all the things I was saying the entire time he was assuring me he could get me 5% interest and remove pmi. Then no further responses, my credit was ran and because he was a liar refused to share my results. I deserve to see what my credit was ran for. Then I wrote to the customer service division and asked why their employee lied to me and refused to share my results. He asked if he could call so I gave him my phone number, and now cannot be reached. The mortgage situation is screwed up enough as it is, we do not need shady mortgage brokers making it worse. Again... ************ needs to be held accountable for lying to the publicBusiness response

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We only reach out to consumers who have requested assistance finding the best rates, fees, and mortgage solutions available on the market. It sounds like another consumer may have inadvertently entered this consumer's number. If the consumer can provide us the number being called, we will remove it from a valid contact.

I was contacted by ************************* who lied to me outright about FHA rate, FHA loan maximums, and required credit score. He then induced me for a hard inquiry on my credit which was higher than the required minimum that we had previously discussed and then proceeded to let me know that Network Capital could not help me.Why would he be allowed to lie to customers? This is horrible and now hurts my credit due to hard inquiry that I have no chance of obtaining a loan.Business response

We have been working with the client to resolve the matter. We requested the credit vendor remove the hard credit inquiry on 04/04. As soon as they respond, we'll provide an update.
After discussing outcomes with the client, this was the resolution desired.

Mortgage check was delivered on Dec 14 thro Bank bill pay system. The **** transaction showed a debit from my account on Dec 14 paid to the mortgage lender. However, I was called on Dec 18 asking to make the same payment, claiming the payment was not received until then. Upon pushing back and telling them that the check was delivered on time and the amount was withdrawn from my account on Dec 16, the lender agent (April) cut the line. A couple of days later (on Dec 20), the mortgage **** account showed money deposited on Dec 20, and I received a late fee charge of an additional $103.95 and a credit history reporting risk. There is no proper system to call or email the lender **** which can respond to the client for such cases. See attached set of documents from the **** of america clearly capturing when the fund was debited by the lender, also a letter from the lender for the late fees, claiming late receipt of the payment. And as per the original statement, a late fees may be applied if the payment is not received by Dec 16, but in this case check was delivered on Dec 14, and the same day my account was posted with a debit, so well in time per the Dec 16 late fee charging date.Business response

June 22, 2022: After a home appraisal in May, I make a payment of $1604 to my home loans principal balance in order to satisfy requirements to have my *** removed. It was not removed and I continued to make the payment. February 2023: The *** has still not been removed. I contact the mortgage company to again to inquire why and they tell me that I need a new appraisal. They charged me $190 for the new appraisal, and the *** is removed finally, and a refund check for half a months payment is returned to me from the mortgage insurance company, not Network Capital.Network Capital Lending Corporation has approved the refund of the *** payments in the amount of roughly $1,700, but has failed to issue the refund. I called in April and was told the refund would be applied to my May payment. It was not. I called again in May and was told the refund would be applied to my June payment. It was not. I call again on June 26, and now ** told that the issue has been escalated and wont be resolved until August 3, 2023. This was caused by Network Capital Lending Corporation and they refuse to resolve this in a timely manner. Each time I call I spend more than 20 minutes with the initial representative, re-explaining my situation, and each time Im told that this issue is escalated already and theres nothing more I can do. The final straw occurred when I was told that I would be contacted in June 26 with a resolution, and I was not contacted by Network Capital Lending Corporation.Business response

This complaint is about harassment calls from Network Capital Funding. I've asked them to stop calling me several times and remove my number from their list. This has not stopped!!!! My number is on the National Do Not Call List for years and this company has not stopped calling. I know, I can file a complaint and get paid per complaint against Network Capital Funding. I have logged and blocked every single number but, they have none stopped calling me. Understand, I WILL NEVER EVER SELL MY HOME TO YOU "NETWORK CAPITAL FUNDING" NEVER!!!! I have been getting phones everyday from Network Capital Funding Corporation every day for the last 4 weeks. I have blocked their number and reported several times, but they still keep calling, even with a different phone number. It is exhausting and wasting time. I want it to stop. I have never conducted business or have inquired about any products from this company. I want the calls to stop.Business response

Network Capital Funding has called soliciting business multiple times a day every day for the past couple of weeks. It is always with a different phone number and they are relentless. I've answered the call twice asking them to remove me from the call list, but the last time, ******* was starting the process of refinanincing my mortgage without my consent. I am deeply concerned, as they had a lot of personal information about me that I did not ever disclose. I want them to stop calling me and destroy any information they have on me and my finances.Business response
