I ordered a front lip and splitter for a 2021+ **** F-150 From Saleen Performance Parts. This product was verified by me providing my VIN# from my vehicle. I paid for this product on 7/3/2023 with an anticipated lead time of 2-4 weeks. I reached out numerous times for updates, with multiple delays on manufacturing. I received the package on 10/3/2023, in which the wrong product was made. A bumper for a 2018-2020 bumper was made, which does not fit the new style of F-150 truck. I was told this is not to be refunded due to it being a custom order. The WRONG bumper was "custom made". It is for the wrong year of pick up. My year of vehicle is even listed on the invoice as a 2021+. The invoice along with the package states it is for a 2018-2020. With the extensive delay in production, the wrong product being made, and the poor overall experience, I am requesting a full refund, and return of the bumper to Saleen. They have agreed to take back the incorrect bumper, but are refusing a refund. They provided me with a wrong product, and a new product has not been made. This is a manufacturing mistake on Saleen Performance part, the customer should not suffer for their mistake.
