I ordered a pair of shorts from the Urban Sports Culture on December 2023 and never received the merchandise. I followed up with e-mails a number of times. The company indicated they would send me a tracking number but I never received a tracking number and although I continued to contact them via e-mail to request one, they continued to string me along. I never received the tracking number or the merchandise it has been 7 MONTHS. It is unbelievable with this company. Do not order from them they will keep your money.

Waited 2 months for an order and didnt receive any information or tracking. I emailed customer support with no response and called multiple times which rings then just goes to a voicemail that is not set up. Had a conversation with their live customer support and he basically told me to keep waiting and I couldnt get a refund. He couldnt give me any information on my order either because it had not been processed yet. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Ordered from them in January 2024. Every time I reached them, always had some excuses like they are still processing the items and that nothing they can do, they are waiting for the warehouse. To this date still no update and stopped answering emails. Site is a scam. Don't buy!!!

I ordered from them about 2 years ago and actually received my order. So I thought ordering from them again would be good as I had ordered from them previously and liked their products. This time around I ordered some shorts in December. And I thought "okay holidays so it probably won't get to me til end of January maybe February latest." January comes and still no confirmation of it processed or tracking number. I send an email to customer service just to get an update and the email came pretty quick but sounds so rude just stating that they work by work days and that my order just isn't processed yet and they have a lot of orders so pretty much just to wait and said that my order would most likely be processed soon. It is currently April and I haven't received any update or confirmation about the order being processed or even shipped out yet. What frustrates me as well is how they are constantly adding products to their website but can't seem to get orders out that they already have before trying to sell their new products. ***** to think I actually trusted this retailer after my first time ordering and now forget about it. If you are thinking about buying from them, don't. Save your money and time for a retailer who actually won't just take your money and will give a **** about your order.

Order a pair of gengar shorts in Oct 2023. Never shipped. When I contacted them. Nothing they can do and they are waiting for the warehouse. They just steal your money. Its a scam. I should have read these reviews before ordering.

Ordered shorts for my granddaughter for Christmas on 11/16/2023. Contacted them via e-mail three times and via phone three different times. Was told via e-mail the were backed up due to the holidays and that I would not be able to receive a refund because I was past the refund request window. No one ever answered the phone and the phone messages was not set up. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. On 01/25/2024, the day after I filed my dispute I received an email with a tracking number. It is now 03/18/2024 and I still have not received my order. So yes, I got scammed.

I ordered shorts as a Christmas gift for my teenage grandson and they never arrived. Ive written numerous emails to the company as was told they were behind due to high volume of orders. Its been 3 months. They took my money and this is a fraudulent business that needs to be shut down!!

Ordered some shorts on 25/12/2023 and the order is still processing. It will take an additional 30 days to ship once thats done. How long does it take to process an order? Tried to cancel the order and they just email links back with their returns policy per their website. They have terrible customer service. They are a total scam, save your money.
