2.5 stars. I bought 4 clear rears a couple of years ago and three have performed as the company said they would, but the one unit has cracked and is ready to break off any time now. What is my recourse as I am satisfied with the other three in my house but this unit I'm speaking of is not visibly attractive to see and it's performance is suspect. Thank youReview from Ezra O

Poor customer service. I tried to cancel my order before the item shipped and was given the run around. I just want my refund!!

I ordered 2 bidets and found a better one, through the same company and called them an hour later to change my order. They wouldn't do it. They sent me an email stating the shipment has not left the building yet but the lady still would not change my order to a better bidet. They are sending two bidets all the way to Michigan, from Calif. and want me to pay a 15% shipping charge! This is a very dishonest company. I'll never order anything from them again.Clear Rear Response

They sent me the wrong bidet. I ordered two of the grand *****. They sent me FOUR of the ****** model. I emailed them for weeks trying to get help. Finally today, a SUNDAY, they called and mumbled for 10 minutes. I could not understand so I hung up. They called me back and I still got a got a non American english speaking rep who said they no longer had the Grand Duke but offered a 50% in what I got. After going round and round with them for 45 minutes they wore me down and i agreed. I am so angry I can't see straight.Clear Rear Response

Horrible *************** While they say it will fix most American Toilets - they don't tell you or show you a closed toilet because once installed you can't close the toilet seat. So if you sit - you better hope you seat can bend and not break! I called a soon as I installed this product and they are supposedly sending me some 'bumper' to correct this but it's been two weeks and I have yet to receive them.I uninstalled this and will be sending it back.Clear Rear Response
