Our office received an Invoice for the amount of $1,852.00. The amount made me suspecious and upon investigation one of our employees stated that someone called and said that they needed our Xerox number so that they could send us the toners that were ordered. She thought someone had ordered the toners so she gave them our model number. We never received any toners but did receive an invoice. When I called the number on the invoice the man stated that it was a mistake and that it had already been canceled. Stated that our employee was confused when ordering it. She never order it.

In early July/2023, a man came to our office trying to sell us Konica Minolta copiers, he was told we already had a contracted KM Copier. He acted confused asked what suite number we were, and left. The week of July 3rd, one of our employees received a call from a guy wanting to confirm what model our KM Copier was. We then received an invoice, dated 7/10/23, for $1852.00 for 4 toners for our make and model copier + shipping. I figured it was a scam, so I called them, no one answered, but they immediately called back. I asked where our toner was. They claimed it was being shipped. I told him that most people get the shipment before they are invoiced. He said they don't do things that way. They are scamming people by sending fake invoices and hoping ** doesn't notice that nothing was purchased or arrived. OEM SERVICE PRODUCTS PO Box ***** PH: ************

Recieved a fake invoice from this company. When we called they immediatly said it was sent by mistake and a credit memo will be sent out confirming this. This company is a scam and should be shut down and have all participants arrested and thrown in jail. They are preying on the fact that many companies will just pay an invoice sent to them without questioning it.

Invoice received to our *************************** seeking remittance for a printer that does not exist. All of our devices are under service contract with an approved vendor. Our *********************** has been instructed to decline payment on any invoice of this type. This sort of unsolicited scam billing has been seen in the past.

Received an invoice on October 27, 2022 in the amount of $1,987.47 for 4 toner cartridges for HP LaserJet Pro Printer from this company. We do not have this printer. We have a contract for our machine that includes toners. We have never used AEM Service Products before. This is a scam.

I am the Accountant for West ********************** and School in *************, **********. I received a very real looking invoice in the mail at our office. The address and phone number of our school were correct. The invoice was for toner cartridges. The outrageous price per cartridge immediately made me suspicious. We've also never done business with this company, OEM Service Products. I verified that no one in our office ordered or received toner cartridges from this company.
