  I had an amazing experience dealing with Avrek and Associates. They provided excellent assistance, fully understanding my legal issues and responding quickly. It is quite amazing how determined they are to provide their clients with the best outcomes possible. I heartily recommend their offerings.

  This is a settlement mill. Despite upfront representations from them, they are not staffed to go to trial and will farm out after they cannot squeeze out a settlement. Then they will not advocate further but still claim compensation. Recommend finding alternative representation elsewhere.

  After a car accident in 2022, I ended up doing most of the work to get FULL COMPENSATION for my property damage. Meanwhile, Avrek stopped working after resolving the personal injury aspect of the case, from which the firm makes its money. The Avrek attorney I worked with, ***************, had told me Id have to get another attorney to file a property damage suit or that Id have to go to small claims. I had to inform HIM that small claims limits the amount one can get to about $10k while my car was worth more than double that amount.I spoke to 5 other firms in ***** about this and they were ALL shocked that Avrek wasnt helping with property damage as a courtesy something they said is the standard in PI cases.I tried to switch to **********, but since despite many requests to update me, Avrek rarely would, **** had to inform me that my case was close to settling so I couldn't switch. It took almost a YEAR for me to talk to an attorney at Avrek, while at Kash, I was quickly put in touch with the attorney, ********. He advised I get permission to speak to the other partys insurance to advocate for myself, ESPECIALLY because the police report showed I was not at fault for the accident.It wasnt until I told ***** I wanted to do this that he offered to push back/try to get my property damage compensated.In 1+ years with Avrek, I had to re-explain my case to various personnel. When I was switched to ***** in '23, the lack of progress on my case was somehow all ********* (the previous case manager) fault and ***** said she had no idea of the arrangements I had spoken about with ********/Avrek in the past. You'd think a law firm would invest in a way to keep track of cases so as to not re-traumatize the client or make them do extra work, but no.I took off of my own work to push my case to a FAIR settlement with property damage costs, because Avrek was ready to (& essentially did) bail on me. Nobody should have to do that while PAYING a firm to fight for them.

  Horrible place dont go they lie and avoid calls pretty sure most of their high stars are scam fake accounts. They have been saying its on medical bills got into contact with medical locations they are dealing with they said differently than avrek file with bar.

  If I could give 0 Stars I would. This place not only barely got me any money, but they have dicked me around since day 1. They dodge my calls and are infamous for saying one thing yet doing another. They have told me different stories multiple times. I am still waiting for my money and they keep telling me it's due to my medical bill. The thing is they told me I HAD to go to physical therapy for the lawsuit. They said it was a requirement of the lawsuit. Then turn around and stop paying the place without even telling us, and then springs it on us that we owe money to the medical place THAT WE SHOULDNT HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR BC WE DIDNT WANT TO GO. This place is a joke and the people there will d*** you around left and right. Do not go to them. Horrible firm. 9 months now. Still no closer. I was told 3 to 6 months. They didn't even start negotiations until I called them and flipped and told then that this is ridiculous and not at all what they told me in the beginning. Very upset with this place.

  I really cant say enough positive things about this law firm. I had great customer service from my attorney, ******* who ended up getting the settlement I needed. He was reliable, prompt and dependable throughout the experience. I will recommend Avrek to friends and family!
