            On January 21, 2022, BBB requested JustFoodForDogs to substantiate, modify or discontinue claims on their website (https://www.justfoodfordogs.com/) that read: "Our Year-long feeding trials* show that our recipes promote proper immune system health. This is just one of the reasons JustFoodForDogs is the #1 Vet Recommended Fresh Whole-Food."  Additionally, on the company's Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/justfoodfordogs/_ reads ""#1 Vet Recommended Fresh Food for Dogs." Advertisers must be prepared to substantiate such claims per BBB's Code of Advertising. 

            Code of Advertising Section 28 states, superlative statements in advertisements about the tangible qualities and performance values of a product or service are objective claims for which the advertiser must possess substantiation as they can be based upon accepted standards or tests. As statements of fact, such claims, like “#1 in new car sales in the city,” can be proved or disproved.

            I placed an order (********) on May 5,2024 and wasnt received and the customer service was great and replaced the order ( ********). The order had a variety pack and a chicken salad pack. The order was delivered but there was no chicken salad pack in the box only variety pack. The customer service was much different this go around. The response I received was According to our records, order # ******** is Deliver. However, the reason you havent received your order for (1) Chicken Salad 18 oz (7 Pack) is that it was canceled because it is out of stock, and there is no estimated recovery date.In this case, we suggest you wait until the Chicken Salad is back in stock to get it. If you were charged for this item and you dont have to wait, we can help you make a refund request on your behalf. This was just not true because the product was available to buy when I reached out so why have a product available to purchase if its out of stock? I did as the email said and responded twice to the email as it says Make sure to give your tail-wagging babies lots of love from the JustFoodForDogs team! Let us know how you want to proceed with this item, and we will be happy to assist you. Please get in touch with us whenever you need by replying to the same email.I replied I do not want to repurchase the item and pay for shipping again as i already bought this and was charged for it and to please just ship the product and havent received a response. The last correspondence was 5/23/24 and Im just frustrated. My dog has to eat this food per the Veterinarian and is extremely picky and loves this food. Im really hoping this can be resolved.

            They cant cancel an order even though it has not shipped yet. This will be my last order. My first order was a scrambled mess of wrong quantity and sizes that took multiple calls to straighten out. Dont buy from this company!
