I hired ******* Kamstra to tune my piano. He came out on 1/27/23 to do this. After le left, I noticed some of the keys were sticking. I called him and we set a return time. Initially a date was set for 2/7/23 but was rescheduled several times through an automated system. At this ******************** responded to my texts and calls. These rescheduled messages continued through March, April, May and summer. At one point he removed a large wooden piece with hammers from inside my spinet piano. He took it with him to repair. Then he said he could not do this and might might have another piece from another piano he could put into my piano. He has not returned calls or messages. I am in process of contacting another piano tech to see if I can ************ family heirloom piano. I asked for my part to be returned as is. He is not responding. I asdume the piece is beyond repair and there needs to be financial compensation for any repairs to my piano, if is can be repaired.Initial Complaint

Mr ********************** came to my home Tuesday afternoon to tune my piano. He has tuned it several times in the past.After he left, I was attempting to practice the piano when I noticed some irregularities.Some keys were sticking, among other things. I contacted Mr ********************** and he wrote back that there was probably an easy fix, and that he would be back in your area next week.The following day I attempted to practice again and noticed more problems. Many keys are not sounding at all when they are struck, and others go on sounding for a long time after they are struck. Its a total mess and the piano is virtually unplayable.I contacted Mr ********************** again to let him know the extent of the damage and to urge him to come out here as soon as possible to remedy the problem that he caused.I have not heard back from him. This whole situation is totally ridiculous as well as obviously highly unprofessional. My piano is in a terrible state, and I paid Mr ********************** almost $300.Thank you,***************************
