office staff never follows up, act like the problem is brand new and it takes MONTHS to resolve issues, i have had numerous leaks, my AC died, my dishwasher and disposal stopped working, my laundry room has flooded twice both times taking over 2 months to resolve, i am currently on month 4 with no laundry because they wont take responsibility and taking forever to help me with renters insurance items needed. my car was broken into and i was told not their problem, the dumpsters are always overflowing and glass everywhere. my water bill doubled this month and they are "looking " into it. if i could afford to move i would, i dont feel safe or basic items taken care of.

I live at ********************************************************************* management team is lazy and horrible they do not care about residents or complaints from residents. I have lived her since 2020 March and they have gone thru 4 different assistant managers . Also I have complained about my next door neighbor that pounds on my bedroom wall we share for the last 8 months and I have complained multiple times to have the assistant manager to tell me its not his problem or the offices issue and I need to call ***** police instead of bothering the office with my complaint.Steadfast Management Company Inc Response
