            This complaint is about the ************************************** Homes in ************, **********. The community manager is ********************* and his assistant *************************. Our lease contract ends on March 6th 2024. We left the apartment on March 4th and gave back the keys to the manager. The manager said that we still need to pay another 30 days ($3,265.00 or more) because he said that we did not give a 30 day written notice. But we called and left a message in advance to let them know that we are not going to renew our lease. Kindly help us, so that this would not happen to other tenants. ********************* and ************************* business practice is to get as much money as they can.

            This company handles an apartment, called Raintree in ****, which I just moved into in less than a month. The place is infested with roaches. The ************** came to bomb this last Friday and it is still infested with roaches. It is inhabitable living conditions, especially when I have two small children here. I have requested for them to come bomb the roaches again one week later, and I would also like to break my lease and they are not helping me. Section 21 under repairs that it is a landlords job to provide habitable living conditions, and that includes bagging fast station being here less than 30 days I have found at least 20 roaches I want out of my lease and I need help do not move to this apartment. It is infested.

            The apartment is not infested with roaches and has no roaches at all which was confirmed by a third-party pest control company.   The property management company offers free complimentary pest control service for all of its residents.
