I placed an order on Sept 5th and I was contacted that it was shipped and delivered on Sept 7th but only was shipped back to the warehouse I started a ticket ****** on Sept 7th and I have been going back and forth in an email with ***** she said my money would be refunded on Sept 15 and it was pending in my account and now it is gone. Fed ex shows it was clearly not shipped to my residents and was in order #FUS00278858Initial Complaint

Good afternoon,Attached please find a recent email that I sent Fox Racing. I had bought an almost $300 helmet from them and the liner started to disintegrate about a month ago. I wrote and asked that they please cover this under warranty and that my claim was only a few days past the 1 year warranty. If they chose not to honor the warranty, I was willing to pay for a new liner. In the email, I included pictures of the defective liner as well as my receipt from Amazon. Fox Racing answered my claim stating that they wouldn't honor my warranty, that they weren't able to sell me a new liner simply because it isn't offered for sale. Lastly Fox sidestepped everything by saying that my only recourse was through Amazon. This is ridiculous because they well know that Amazon isn't the manufacturer, Fox is, Amazon is not honoring the warranty and referred me to Fox.It is my opinion that Fox is the manufacturer and should honor the warranty or at least provide me with the yellow part pictured in the attachment so I don't have to throw away a very expensive helmet.Business response
