      On 2/22/24 I entered into an agreement with SetSchedule to provide leads for real estate transactions. The phone call solicitations I recieved from the territory manager ************************************ described the leads as warm transfers via phone call connections. This is what I am accostom to as I am a part of the ************************** program and infact she even mentioned that ****** was one of thier paticipating partners. I could basically get Zillow plus more which is exactly what I am looking for. I attended the basic training on 2/27/24 during which the trainer had us all add two phone numbers to our contacts to make sure we never missed a call. ************** and ************** where the two numbers provided that they said we would recieve calls from with customers looking to buy or sell real estate in our area. This is exactly how Zillow does it so I was once again not feeling like it was too good to be true or anything like that. Since signing up and paying my dues I have only been able to get leads through the referral radar system and those have generated zero contacts. The leads have all been fake from as far as I can tell.I have to had a single phone call from the numbers that I was told I would recieve phone calls from. I have not had a single warm lead passed over to me like I was sold on. Only once did I get a text that said "CONNECT NOW! A buyer looking in ***** is on a CALL - join them here!" I clicked the link and I waited in an empty video chat for 15 minutes. When I brought up my complait, the territory manager mentioned that I had never had my meeting with my account manager and she was going to get that scheduled. That was on June 10th and I didn't get any follow up last week. This is a scam.

      The comapny renewed my contract when I did not want to renew. They did not send out any notice of renewal and I send emails to their agents that I did not want to renew because their service did not work. I honored my contract of the first year. I did not close any leads so I owe them nothing in the area. I just want to me made whole and my credit card removed from their system. They do not allow me access to that. I am not the firest person to have issues with them and I have to admit I should have researced them better. That part is on me. I have click the non renewal button as instructed to and it is still pending. I also did it before the renewal and it was turn back to to renew.. This is company does work well in area, I can not sat how it works in others,

      Set schedule is a complete SCAM stay away from this company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Set schedule rep ************************** if that's even his real name sold me real estate leads on 23 May 2024. Today is June 4th 2024 and I haven't received one single lead from set schedule. I finally got in touch with ***** after calling his phone 100 times and I told him to cancel my subscription he said that he could do that but I would not get a refund due to the contract I signed but they haven't provided a single lead to me but your hiding behind a contract. how can you use the contract as a loop hole when you haven't done what you said you would do in the contract. Its crazy. Once they get you to sign the contract and get your money. Your screwed. Their app don't work, theres no customer service to call and the ******************** staff / reps aren't answering your calls anymore. Luckily for me I notified **************** in a timely manner and **************** has refunded my $998. Good luck out there stay away from this company they are crooks.

      SetSchedule is guilty of stealing money from real estate professionals and is a scam. I am disputing the payment of $1497.00 to SetSchedule for 12 months of worthless service beginning 4/24/2023 and ending 4/23/2024 because they promised to deliver real estate leads *************** Records') to me and what they provided was 100% junk. They provided names and phone numbers as follows: Bogus/invalid phone number such as ************ Someone who already purchased real estate Someone whose budget is too low to afford to buy real estate Someone who asks to be removed from the database Someone unwilling to speak on the phone Someone who is a teenager or prankster Please assist with this situation.       All they did was say they were sorry I didnt have success with their supposed system. They claim they have partners who attempt to provide sales leads. They failed to provide any viable lead in 12 months and 100 leads. That is unacceptable under any circumstances. I request a refund.

      This company is a scam. They provide nothing of value. Zero. They should not be allowed to continue doing business this way. I will be seeking legal action against them if I do not receive a favorable reply.

      Sat through a call with their salesman, who talked at length at the number and quality of leads we would be receiving from them. They mentioned lots of other teams having success with them, so we decided to give it a shot. Their model was $5,000 for hundreds of leads, plus we pay them a 20% referral fee if we closed them. He encouraged us to sign up for a bunch of credits, and I think overall we ended up with around 1000-1500. After we signed up, we found that there were maybe 5-10 leads per month, and almost none of them were in our areas of business (where they said they would be), nor did most even have correct information or working phone #'s / emails. They had fake and artificial transaction volumes on there, and the few we did get ahold of hadn't been looking to do anything real estate related in years. Completely lied about their service, what it offered, and then were completely unhelpful to try to help us make it better.The salesman also told us they offered a money back guarantee if we weren't satisfied - and they would not honor that information. They hide a master contract inside of their contract they have you sign so you don't see the awful terms of service. Then they also renew your service without telling you, and state you have to give them 30 days notice before the billing period renews. Not only that, but they increased the price of their service an extra ***** dollars without any warning.

      You guys advertised that your services would provide live connections as well as enough leads for us to use our credits, and you guys have not even come close to those promises. It's one thing to struggle to hit a goal, it's another to take all of the money, completely miss that goal (achieving not even 10%), and then still take the money and lock your client in to another year long commitment. When someone promises services and then refuses to deliver on those promises, that constitutes fraud, and trying to hide behind a sneakily inserted master contract does not make it okay. If you didn't understand the Tulsa market, or couldn't deliver in this area, that's understandable, but charging us for not being able to deliver is not and we deserve at least a partial refund.

      We did email that we were very unhappy with the product a few months after being a part of your program, and no one reached out or responded to us at that time to address our concerns. It was never made clear to us by anyone that we need to cancel through the crm a month before the renewal and we would be billed.

       

      We couldn't be more unsatisfied with this product. You guys get a 20% referral fee for any closed deals, we would be happy to be paying you if the leads were producing any results or were any decent leads at all. Our center points have been set correctly since day one, and out of over a hundred different leads that have come through most have been incorrect information, frustrated that we reached out, or not anywhere near being able to do something in real estate. It's be strange, because the moment we say we are unhappy, suddenly more junk numbers show up, and that's what we have looked at and accepted leads again to see if we had made a mistake or were wrong in the beginning. 

       

      After failing to fulfill your promises and deliver your service, the least you guys could do is cancel our account and give us a prorated refund, if not refund us the entire year.

      4/4/2024- texted me offering me "referrals". I had a conversation with the representative that I would receive a "live transfer" 3-5 times/week. I agreed to these terms. I have not received a single live transfer. They also have me set up for ********, when I made it very clear I live in and am licensed in ****. They told me via email to change my settings. They should have set me up correctly to begin with! I gave them a list of cities I would like leads from. None of those included ********! I have also had health issues and have been unable to practice real estate. Mostly due to the constant predatory salesman who contact me trying to sell me fraudulent services! I am financially going under and my anxiety levels have skyrocketed and I can't deal with any of it anymore. I had a relapse of my multiple sclerosis and have not been doing well.

      I received a call from a rep at Set Schedule who I felt pushed and coerced me into buying their product. For all of the documents they had me sign, I was not given any time to read or review these documents as I was told to just sign while on the phone. Feeling pressured I complied, and after getting off the phone tried to cancel my membership, to which they refused. The same day I went to my credit card company to dispute the charge. It appeared that one of the documents I was blindly lead to sign was waiving my right to receive a refund. I feel that this is not only poor business practice but unethical as well.

      When I connected with Reps from Set Schedule they said the same thing, just keep with our program. My issue is the nature of which I felt pushed into the program and wasn't openly guided through the details as opposed to rushed through them and don't mind the fine print, which is the nature of what happened. I was not informed that the program was non refundable or explained the documents I was instructed to Docusign while on the phone, just that I needed to sign them and keep going. I didn't have an opportunity I felt to make a weighed decision, so when I got off the phone I tried to undo the rushed process, to which I was essentially told 'too late'.

      The response from the business asked for 'Additional information' please feel free to forward my messages explaining my concerns to the BBB to Set Schedule. I felt pushed and unethically guided to signing documents without proper opportunity to read or understand the contents while on the phone with a Set Schedule representative. They were pushy and I felt I couldn't make a weighed decision while on the phone. When I went to cancel that same day once no longer on the phone, I was denied by Set Schedule, Requested a refund and denied, and am here with the BBB wanting a business to honor it's customers' satisfaction or lack there of when coerced into signing an agreement with a company.
