            On December 6, 2023, Kevin Markarian entered into a Cease and Desist Order and Notice of Right To Request Hearing with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. The Order settles allegations that the business solicited and offered to secure prospects for real estate transactions, without obtaining an Arizona Real Estate license first. Under the terms of the Order Kevin Markarian was ordered to cease and desist from engaging in acts, practices, and transactions without first complying with all applicable laws and rules. 

            This action is final.

            They are to cold call people who may want to sell their homes. They are supposed to set up appointments and then notify me when one is set up. I've gotten 10 leads from them and have yet to meet any of the people. They sent a "transcript" of the call which sets up the appointment but they won't share the recording. I've been able to get a response from only two people. Both said they are not selling their homes. One of these was confused as to why I was calling. Clearly they are not actually talking to these ten people but are charging me $425 for each lead. I believe it's a scam because they won't produce the recorded phone call. I question whether they actually made contact with these leads. Bottom line: I've gotten ten leads and have not met with any one of them. Almost $5000 spent and no appointments.
