            Zip brokered a business loan for my company ***************** Group in 2021. The loan was lopsided and was predatory lending (my fault for not reading the fine print). I expressed my discontent and asked them to remove my information and place me on the do not contact list in the same year as the loan.Since then, they have emailed me, texted me, and called me repeatedly. Well, today, 17 Jan ****, a rep named "Manny" called me. I respectfully explained the incessant, unwanted contact and asked for him to please remove me from the call list and place me on the do not call list. He was very truculent and egregious. He continued to push his agenda (wanting me to finance more), stated he was the manager when asked for a manager, and never acknowledged my request to remove my information. I had to hang up on him.I want them to remove my information and never contact me.

            Complete scam artists!!!! They blew my phone up in January selling me funding for my business on a $17k loan to pay $24k back in 5 months with daily payments. As it is a ***** deal ******* sold me that its never to keep full term, you renew for much more after 2 months for better & longer terms. Fast forward 2 months I had to reach out several times to get the run around to get denied funding or renewal. They finalized offered me the same horrible deal where now Id lose $14k in a matter of 10 months. The lack of information and false hope from these people are sickening!!!! They keep calling, keep txting and emailing from several different associates multiple times a week harassing me with identical automated messages. I would have never used them if I was given the full scope and I wouldnt recommend anyone to ever use this platform!!!

Every application we receive is reviewed on its own merits, with renewals based on the business' health, growth, and time-in-business when an application is submitted. Term extensions may also be considered for an entity over two years old at the time of application. In this instance, the time-in-business was less than two years, which falls short of the requirements for a term extension. I understand these facts don't change your recent experience.
