This manufacturer will not provide me the replacement part number for a s**** so that I may order several from their website. ***************************************** has provided me three incorrect part numbers multiple times, and I have ordered 30 of these items. As I continued to tell them that the parts were incorrect, they continued to respond to my new requests/cases by providing me the same incorrect part numbers again. They also provided me with a clearly incorrect part high-lighted in red on a schematic. They also suggested that my reels were bent and that I needed to send them in for repair. I told ***************************************** that the part they had high-lighted was incorrect and why. I asked that my request be elevated to a manager. Since then, they have stopped responding to me. Below is my recent communication to *****************************************. I have been making the same request for this part number since 3/31/2024.*******Please see my previous case numbers for this request: ********, ********, ********, ********, ********, ********, 00278080.I need the part number for the s**** to the clutch bar assembly for Chronarch MGL 150 (part 4643>># **MWD). The s**** that correctly fits this clutch bar assembly. The s**** that fits part 4643. The s**** that fits part **MWD.***************************************** has previously provided me with part numbers BNT4640, **PVS, and BNT4642 as part numbers for this one s**** I've ordered ** of each of these, and none of them fit. These are not the correct screws. None of them even visibly look like the screws in my other reels that are the same model.I need the part number for the s**** to the clutch bar assembly for Chronarch MGL 150 (part 4643>># **MWD).
