            In 2018, i was contacted by sbs to consolidate and lower my student loans. They had me fill out tons of paperwork for getting my student loans switched over to them from nelnet. They said everything would be taken care of and to ignore any other communications i was getting from nelnet from then on out. They have been charging my account each month $29.99. I have come to find out that not only does mohela have my student loans now, not sbs, but my loans have not been paid on in years and i have accrued interest from lack of payment. I would like reimbursed/refunded the money i spent as well as money to cover the interest that has accrued over the years. This is predatory and cruel to do to someone in debt. I always warn my mom of scams and predatory things like this and now i feel stupid and embarrassed that i was in fact falling for a scam over the last 5 years.

            We have been making payments of $29.99 a month since 2018 with the understanding this was being applied to student loans. Turns out nothing has been applied to student loans and that money, over $2200, is lost. This company needs to be prosecuted by the government.
