I paid 5 payments of $195 and havent received any updates on my loans. I have tried reaching out multiple times with no response and now the website, phone number, and email is not active. I believe this company is a front for a larger scam.

I was contacted directly by this company in January, reviewed all the information, signed a contract and everything. It seemed legit and they have done what they said they were going to. Before signing anything, I dug through their website looking for any signs of it being a scam. By a random fluke I decided to look up their website again tonight since I know student loan payments are set to start again and I haven't heard from them in a while. Well the website has been taken down completely, all phone numbers on my contract are disconnected, and I have not been getting responses from my contact person at the company in months despite a request in June and another one this month. I have no clue what to do or think and I am just praying I did not fall for a scam! I thought I could spot them easily and wish I would have listened to my gut on this one.

Student Relief Agency is a fraud. They are not honorable, nor do they keep there promises, on information they are to send to the applicant. Once I signed with them, I have not heard anything from them. I was supposed to receive a welcome package and details of my information for my loan. Once i called them and realized they are not accredited and a fraud, this is when i called to cancel my loan. I have made two payments of $195.00 that they will not return. I am at a Soldier Recovery Unit and have been taken advantage of. This company called and replicated themselves to be a government organization for student loans. Instead it was a lie.

      Hello *******,

Your assigned processor tried reaching out to you since January. She left multiple Voicemails and emails in various occasions. How can we complete a welcome call if we cannot get a hold of you? Aside from that your assigned processor spent multiple hours working on your account right after you signed up. The process can take from ****** days. You decided to terminate our contract after the 2nd month of being enrolled with us and did not give us the required processing time. In addition your contract clearly states you have 72 hours to cancel from the day you signed up to be eligible for a refund. Not only were you unresponsive when attempting to get a hold of you for almost 2 months, you were way past your 72 hour cancellation period our company was already in the process of executing what was promised to you. Due to this we are unable to offer you a refund.

When i reached out and left a message, the lady stated,I apologize for us not being in contact with you. We still need to send out our welcome letter to you. This was three weeks ago. Please save your comments of deceit. There wasn't a single person from your company who tried to reach out. Plus, Email is another way of communication, which also failed on your part as well.

      Hello *******,

We have a record of every call and email attempt we have made. We did our part by attempting to get in contact with you. As previously stated you pulled out of the program and cancelled right in the middle of the process when our company had already being working on getting everything processed and completed.

Since you have proof it would be nice if you would send me the emails and phone calls as proof, that you have tried to reach out to me. My next course of action will be to contact the Attorney Generals Office.

For the past couple months I would receive multiple.phone calls per day from this agency, after speaking to one of the representatives he flat out lied to me saying that they were affiliated with the department of education and were adjusting my loans. I called the *** and they told me this agency is not affiliated with them. I'm very grateful that they haven't taken a payment from me yet and I also called my banking institution letting them know that any charge from them is fraud. I tried contacting the agency back multiple times and even leaving voice-mails but no one has responded. This is a flat out disgusting tactic to employ during this time and I've never come across a group of disgusting individuals like yourselves taking advantage of people during a pandemic. Please delete my information and whatever bs comtract.you had me sign based on erroneous lies and false claims.

      Hello *****,

We don't understand why this complain ticket was open. You requested to cancel, we took care of your cancellation request in a timely manner and provided you with proof of cancellation. In addition your enrollment call was reviewed and at no point in time were you informed any of those things. Our company is transparent with our clients from the beginning and also dedicated to assist them. We find this review untruthful, misleading and hurtful to our business.

We consider this review as closed and resolved since client has full been cancelled and provided with proof of the cancellation.

This business is posing as a student relief loan forgiveness company and they are seeking to scam students out of money. They reached out to me about an opportunity to get a large percentage of my loan forgiven and having never dealt with a situation like this I fell victim to what they were offering and after consulting with my loan distributor they advised to contact BBB and file a complaint. I gave this company my personal informations and card information. They even changed my FSA password by themself. A payment of $195 has already been taken and I have already talked to my bank about the situation but I am still concerned about the company having my Social Security and FSA ID.

      Hello Dong,

Your Review is false, accusatory and misleading. I have reviewed your enrollment call, and we were fully transparent with your regarding our role and our company. We would gladly release the call recording to prove you were in fact aware and knew what services we were rendering. This information is also provided to you in writing on the agreement you signed. You could have reached out to us to discuss the concerns you were having instead of running to your bank to let them know you had been "Scammed". Our company is is not in any way shape or form a scam, we keep close communication with our clients to make sure we answer any questions or concerns that they may have along the way as well as provide them with proof of services provided. One of our Supervisor's will be reaching out to you to properly cancel out your account.
