I wish I could give them ZERO Stars. I paid there $99.95 *** investigation fee and scheduled a meeting to review it for 3/7/2024 at 3pm. I never received the scheduled call and when I reached out, I was told he was stuck on a call with the *** at the time and I would receive a call when done. I never received a call so I sent a message explaining my hopes that I wouldn't be hustled by them. They took offense and offered me a refund to which I accepted. Then I was bombarded with verbal insults from there ************************* during the call to cancel and receive a full refund. The insults continued via text by other employees. I had to block them to stop receiving insults which included information I gave them during ***************. This is a very unprofessional business that should not be trusted!Review from Flavio M
