Mid-March 2023, I met with ******************* in Legacy Lawyers ******** office. By March 20th, I signed a client agreement and from moment one, I caught ********, the lawyer assigned to my case, red-handed, blatantly charging me for things which I did not need, often double or triple charging me. I warned her. She promised not to fluff again. But she kept doing it. And never, between March 20, 2023 and October 2023, did Legacy Lawyers ever deliver, or even attempt to deliver, the one thing I came for: A simple Pleading. Not only did Legacy Lawyers constantly over-bill me for bogus charges but Legacy purposefully used a CPA firm named Probatelink which they themselves referred to me, to draw-out the process to force me to spend even more money.****** of Probatelink never, to this day, ever gave me a quote. She kept procrastinating, giving me excuses as to why she couldnt finish the account schedules. Were talking about accounting $500,000, over a course of only 2 banks and well less than **** entries. I noted that the huge delay of Probatelink caused me to miss 2 file-byscreating a situation where as long as the pleading and account schedules were not filed, the judge had to keep re-setting court datesallowing Legacy to unethically **** me for even more moneybasically fr doing nothing. I went on to source a CPA and a lawyer from Upwork.com. A pleading and account schedule is costing me all of $2,000and is only taking 4-6 weeks to finish! Not only did I learn that neither *********************** or Probatelink exist in the accountancy bar database but also that Probatelink, itself, has been inactive since ****. Additionally, I learned that *********************** is NOT a certified public accountant but an active lawyer on the ********** State Bar. I want a full refund!

We are very sorry we were not able to resolve Ms. ******* legal matter in a time frame that she was hoping for. We appreciate her constructive feedback that has been shared with our attorneys and our client care staff.

The claims of double billing and padded ******** are false and against firm policy, as outlined in our ************** Agreement. The Legacy Lawyers has a minimum billable hour requirement for attorneys that is under half of the industry standard, and we have team meetings three times a week stressing the importance of adding value to our clients with every time entry. Our Core Values of Integrity, Efficiency, Relationships, and Providing an ***************** are present in all of the work we do. We have team meetings three times a week going over these values.

Furthermore we have an entire *********** Team that is at no cost to our clients to reach out to when they need support, an update, or have a billing dispute. Our billing dispute procedure is outlined on our ************** Agreement and at the bottom of every invoice. We have not received a billing dispute from ****************. We have, however received threatening emails to refund all of the money she has paid for our services, or else she would write negative reviews about the Firm online. **************** is welcome to go through the dispute process.

I have personally reviewed ****************** work, she cares deeply for her clients and zealously works to achieve their goals. She often discounts her work, which has appeared on Ms. ******* invoices.

Again, we are saddened we were not able to achieve Ms. ******* objectives.
